Coins made my casasicus are among the first of all physical bitcoins, and he stopped producing them a few years ago due to legal reasons. Same thing with the brass 1s you can get them for a decent price but the loaded ones arent 1btc plus blank value. But even on a very slow market, I'd say it's pretty unlikely that the value would get close to the face value+blank price.
