Title: Can the 750 Ti mine efficiently under Windows ?
Post by: Erkallys on July 02, 2016, 11:15:20 AM
Since the RX 470 aren't still there, I think that I'll get a bunch of 750 Ti in order to wait. So I'd like to know if the 750 Ti can mine efficiently under Windows, 7 for preference, but I can also accomodate myself to Windows 10, because Linux is a no-go for me.

if you can wait a bit more, the 1060 is coming, should be really good for mining and cheap enough

Really ? Well, just saw that it might come in a week or two. I ask the same question : will it work correctly under Windows 7 ? And how cheap will it be ? 120W isn't as energy-efficient as the 750 Ti.

120w is the tdp, you can most likely lower the tdp to have it under 100 or 90w easily, while the 750 consume less, it's also useless nowadays...

yeah it should work with the next tweak on ethminer, under win 10 the 1070 is working already so the 1060 should be the same

Interesting, but you didn't answered my main question. How cheap will it be ? It has approximatively the same TDP than the RX 470, that I'm waiting and from which I'm excepting a lot.
