An incisive article, that was. A pity that a project intended for The DAO that's shepherded by Pamela D. Morgan was shot into limbo by The DAO's collapse. Her DAMN Project (https://github.com/thirdkey-solutions/damn/blob/master/proposal.asciidoc) was working on the same lines as Hibryda's critique of Solidity, albeit from a lawyer's perspective.

Maybe she and Hibryda should get a room. :P

Hi, Hibryda here (I registered after my colleague posted my articles here),

Actually I did what I could to show the community of theDAO all the deficiencies in code, logic and legal side (I wrote loads about legal side of this enterprise, see this thread on daohub - filter for Hibryda posts (http://"https://forum.daohub.org/t/the-legal-status-of-the-dao/81/")). This DAMN project, while being interesting, disregarded obvious deficiencies of smart contract, for example now so prominent intent/code discrepancy. But as I stated there are also more fundamental issues, with Solidity in particular.

It's even good that Pamela's project was shot down, as setting a house on dunes usually results in collapse. Nevertheless I think that DAMN is a prospective idea and if asked I can consider helping it.

Thanks for your fill-in. It certainly explains why I wrote her via Email & didn't get a response. I thought I was being ignored as usual. :)
