You need to solve the survery to be able to download the pdf on that site. If you really want to be paid you better take the risk to download it and send it to his gmail.

I was trying to complete the survey but the problem is you need to give them everything details address,card details etc So I stop survey.I really don't want to share my details with third party for $1.I was trying search free free download website but I could not find any free website.I think there is no way to get this Ebook free.

You can buy a digital version there as well sometimes. However, I didn't find this specific book in digital version there.
I just thought Amazon is too obvious to write about, because it still costs some money anyway. And, you can't really buy it for 0.11$, because you have to pay for shipping, which is about 4$ more

I searched for it and all I could find is bunch of sites with fake epub or pdf files. As others said, you need to take a scammy survey first to get access to it.
And I learned that his book has no digital edition, only hardcover and softcover physical editions are available. You have to buy it like normal old fashioned book.

I really like to read about twisted minds, and I've been studying Jeffrey Dahmer lately. After consuming just about everything that's available to me online, I tried to find this biography written by his father. :)

By his looks, I think he could have made it into Hollywood, but alas
