An New adsense account for 200 USD is too expensive. However if an adsense account is already being used in a site and you willing to sale it , then i am interested to buy that.

How could you create adsense accounts for any blogs website if some website doesn't match the google criteria or policy of google adsense? will you create the account with another domain or you have any cracked trick?

You have the right fear my bro. Google will not let you to break his rules. anytime they notice (mostly they will) your account will get Immediately banned and your domain name too..

getting your own google adsense is not that hard. follow their policy and work legally.

but i think the prie too expensive,as many people here said,you need to lower price offer,its better for you to get many deals with smll price,than get one or two deals with high price.

Often such services are for very less but by making it 'not worth it' you are just making it unsatisfactory . I would advise you should make it less .

The information that you gave us are missing something, do you provide accounts that are PIN-verified for that specific country? If no is the answer of this question then the price of $200 is really expensive. I have sent already a PM to you.

what will be the country of the account ? if its an american one , then I believe your price is over because it is not that difficult to create one

The risk of such an account is that after some time (a week or two) may be blocked. Unfortunately, no one will give you a guarantee that this will not happen.
