Title: Trouble with radeon 7770 Dual-GPU miners Post by: qbnphreak on March 16, 2013, 12:39:01 PM Yes, I know the Days of GPU mining are numbered... buts its still all profit to me since I've got loads of machines running all day for my biz in any case.
I just assembled, after 14 painstaking hours in a southeast asian knockoff mall, to put together an extra desktop for my company with the best available resources. 2 hd 7770 on Asus P8B75-M Now, Guiminer is READING 2 cape verde GPUs, but while mining the second miner is only doin 50 mhash (haven't overclocked yet as I want to solve this first. Is it a memory issue? Do I need crossfire cables? The manual said nothing about needing crossfire, and my other rig on a asrock 990 doesn't need crossfire. Can i use the two pci-e slots of this motherboard simultaneously for mining? The board does not support crossfire and so i was wondering why they put two slots there for no purpose.
