Sorry about delay, we have had issues with the wallets and mining and previously the network grinded to a halt, we've been working on a solution and so...

In essence, we have decided to start afresh.

We have relaunched, we have expanded our team to develop a new wallet (windows wallet to follow shortly) All source can be found at our github


The brexit.co.in  (http://brexit.co.in) Website has been updated too, there are now BrexitCoin forums over at the site.

All mining details are the same, The Port numbers have now changed rpcport :7612 / P2Pport: 7611 , so updates to your config files will need to reflect this!

Development for BrexitCoin (BRXT) Is still very much ongoing, thank you to everyone that has been pitching in to help us get this off the ground

If any of you were given coins upon request before, we will happily ensure you get the coins you were previously given.

As for people that were previously mining coins, we want to work on a solution for you too, at this time we're still figuring that out, we don't want anyone losing out, so we'll work towards rectifying that with you as soon as we can.

Perhaps you could post a screenshot of your previously mined coins/wallet balance, make that screenshot, then remove all files associated with the previous Brexit Coin Wallet and download the new version (Windows version to follow shortly)

include your new wallet address with that post, for which we'll use to reimburse you, your coins.

We have reached out to the mining pools and hope to soon have mining available to you very shortly too, we will keep you updated.

We were having problems, but those problems have been found and a solution has been actioned.

We have also taken on two new developers and plan on pushing forward with the project.

New source code was released a short while ago, miners are active, transactions are verifying, everything is fine now and the blockchain explorer has been updated now too.

Our website has been updated to reflect all new changes, updates etc...

How is it outdated?  I stated a fact.  The original node was a walletbuilders node.  Changing the nodes doesn't change the fact that this is a walletbuilders coin.

Delete all the files except the old wallet wallet.dat launched a new wallet. Balance to 0, although there are old transactions, but it says "Status: conflict". How to return the coins?

Delete all files including the wallet and move on.  Why waste your time with a walletbuilders shitcoin?  Mine something that has some value.  Or do you like wasting electricity and your time?

If you're using the old wallet, you'll need to disregard that wallet,  In our Relaunch Announcement, we go into great detail regarding the loss of coins, due to using a new wallet and code, etc... (you should check it out, it's really informative)

But anyway, coins for our initial launch wallets have to be disregarded,   we are happy to send you the coins you were sent before, you will need to download the new wallet, on our website... once you have done that post us your new address and we will resend you your coins

Coin is garbage. Listed on Nova with premine funds already down to 2 sats.

This coin has nowhere to go. I tried mining at brxt.block-genesis.ml and crashed the site in 5 minutes. lol.

There are too many better coins to mine with scrypt. I won't waste any more time on this one.

Well i will be if i get the coins.

Other pools are running, there's miners active, we have been checking in on the pools to see what the activity was... and noticed cookiepool has been showing no activity since we updated the wallet/source code.

When you say Dev didn't do anything? other than letting you know of the source code change and then waiting to see those changes kick in, and then not seeing activity on your pool, we weren't sure what else was required of us, other than promoting the use of your pool and driving some mining activity there.


What else was needed of us cookie?

Maybe promote it after you asked for the info, and maybe inform pooloperators about missing nodes ...

Needs more exchanges ASAP. Price needs to rise. I had to stop mining it as it is far cheaper, 2 sat, to buy than mine.

It's in my wallet. At the bottom of the wallet, near the padlock shows the percentage and how much time is left before receiving the award and weight. Weight 0 - apparently no POS?

We're just working on stuff, awaiting news from exchange submissions, Getting votes on others, developing and had no one to reply to in here until now.

It's down to 1 sat on Nova. Sells are starting to come in at 1 sat. If nothing is done to get the price up the coin will suffocate under a ton of 1 sat sells. Seen it happen many times. If it does not move up soon it might never move up. Yobit is full of coins with massive sell walls at 1 sat, this coin should not be at 1 sat even before it gets there.

Would anyone be interested if I knocked down my fee to 0.3%?

If this coin had any value the mining would be done. It is far cheaper to buy the coin than mine it. Might as well mine a more profitable coin, sell it, and buy this coin with the btc.

Try again, maybe you could make a smaller transactions.
I had the same problem and solved it by making smaller transactions.

smaller transactions went through, i guess they wanted me to pay transaction fees ;-)

Is there something wrong? Last block was 62016 (last POW block) and no POS blocks have been staked since block 62016...
 

i got 2 small staking rewards even BEFORE block 62016, it might just take time.

anyway my wallet dont sync anymore, so i think that something wrong is going on.....

Yes something is seriously wrong, I hope the devs can give us some info soon.
I had a private mining pool and everything worked fine until block 62016.
After block 62016 stratum gave me the following error:

 ERROR block_updater # UpdateWatchdog.run failed
 prevhash = util.reverse_hash((yield self.bitcoin_rpc.prevhash()))
Error: 500 Internal Server Error

The strange thing is that Stratum usually gives the messages No more POW blocks when POW has ended.
People are still mining at block genesis but they haven't seen a new block in over 6 hours...

Yes soemthing wrong here - my log is full of these :

Asap really?  come one guys, It supposed to be something important the switch to POS, and here we are stuck again, I did some  (really simple) modifications to the code and the POS is woking perfect here (obviously is a fork but i have no problem in destroying it, it was just for test) my point is that  this could be easy solved by a dev, on other subject I still don't have an answes about the web-wallet for brexitcoin that i showed you.

What's the status Dev?

Your wallet is not out of sync, the blockchain is stuck and the dev is not fixing it...

What should I do?
BRXT will be delisted soon, and admin novaexchange was mention member to witdraw this coin

If Nova exchange delisted the coin there isn't really much you can do.
