I just use an ignore function, or, if I'm in the mood for some hilarity, I troll the people saying to check spelling and grammar by correcting what's wrong with their writing skills as well :D

Speaking of which:

The only way you'll find something like that is if you create a forum which only you can use :P

My advice:  Develop a thicker hide.

What if a user had an option to tic a box in their profile, with the resulting icon showing up in their ID in the left sidebar of their posts. The icon would denote that the user is not of an English speaking country. It could even be done with flags if the user so desires.

For those who are only grammar impaired (English), a GI icon would be placed in their profile, activated like the coloring of the ignore button, with the readers doing the ticking.

I'm guessing browsers only allow you to spell check in your own language?  That's how I achieved perfect spelling anyway ;D
