I paid for two upgrades there. By now have the fourth pay-out request pending for more than 48 hours. Cancelled previous ones when they weren't processed after 92 hours. They now owe me 0.06420000 BTC They do NOT answer any emails, nor support tickets. Their forums are read only, no way to post anything.
