In the past, the OP was able to trick blockchain.info into thinking that a transaction sent to himself was valid, when in fact it was invalid. He then made it so that every transaction that he would payout from his "doubler" would depend on this invalid transaction. This meant that, if you looked at blockchain.info, it would appear as if the OP was doubling your money instantly, while in reality he was simply taking your money.

The invalid transactions did not have too low of fees, I am not sure why exactly they were invalid, however I suspect that the transaction was invalid due to a then-recent soft fork (this is speculation).

Let's make this *real* fucking clear for noobs:

This is not a ponzi scheme. A ponzi scheme is when you take money from new investors to pay old investors.

This is probably, as in the past with this OP, a test of reading comprehension and knowledge of how bitcoin works.

I doubt anyone will get paid at all besides the OP, but he will, as he said, send back a transaction with double the amount back. If you are stupid enough to think that you will receive coins back, or that bitcoin doublers would result in anything but you losing your money, you are going to get what you deserve.

It looks like you've been known to give out fake transactions somehow in the past. A quick Google search with your username brought me to that conclusion. Why would anyone in their right mind trust you at all?

The transactions will never confirm. They depend on invalid transactions that you tricked blockexplorers to display.

Yes the payout transactions to people might never confirm.
Yes the payout transactions do depend on "non-ordinary" transactions, but those are no way near invalid.Non-standard? Yes to some miners and nodes.

They (at least one) are invalid since core developers implemented OP_CSV and miners voted for BIP with their hashrate

Why is it that none of your refund transactions are getting confirmed.
Also you have mentioned in your game criteria that one address should be used only once...that makes me wonder you already had planned that way so that double spend transactions couldn't take place.

Why would you see a guy with -64 trust for running a bitcoin doubler that said it would send a transaction  (not coins) that ended up being invalid and then expect something different this time?

In my own personal opinion any program that receive funds from an investors and offer them higher returns in a short period is a ponzi but this program is in a beta but takes in payment and tends to doubled it.
Whether the investment is safe or real is a secondary question.

This is not a Ponzi because no coins will be returned at all. This is a reading comprehension and bitcoin network lesson

With zero transaction confirmations doesn't it mean that even his 4 BTC investment would be stuck for some time.
I normally don't invest in such sort of tricks unless I am absolutely certain that I would get my base investment back. Same is the case over here haven't put my money yet...unless the doubts are clear  ::)

It's very simple.

People that lack reading comprehension and/or knowledge of how the bitcoin network works send bitcoins to amaclin.

He does what he says he will do, and sends back "a transaction" with double the amount back immediately.

Because amaclin knows how the bitcoin network works, he will send back a transaction that will never confirm, so the only one to ever get coins will be him, because the coins he sends out will never actually get to their destination.

It isn't a ponzi scheme, because that is when old investors are paid with money from new investors. Since no one will ever get paid (except the OP) it's not a ponzi.
