Wow what the hell is happening!
So many people here were encouriging me to use btc-e and now this happens,so many reviews...
Did you see this? its like 10 people at least who lost 150 btc,if they are not fake.
These all reviews may be fake also but im not so sure right now ...

Could be reviews from competing companies.

it would be good if the site used & displayed social media friends count, & account age, as a method of distinguishing legitimate users.

i saw a random post on social media from someone claiming btc-e account hacked or inside jobd they supposedly had 2fa then after google i found that link idk what to think yet, could explain low volume at btc-e lately.....

It's very, very hard to know what's going on there. They could rip off 5-10 customers a month but keep everyone else happy. If you continue that for several years then you end up with a nice pile and a business that still operates. Far more profitable than doing an exit scam.

At the same time it could be competitors or just stupid people who didn't follow straightforward steps who are spreading shit.
