I need to make a very simple, very cheap app.

Basically a fillable form that gets sent to me when customer submits.

I need somebody to do this for me and tell me how to get it on the app store. Pm me pricing, payment methods, and for details.

Why not set up a site on some host (hosting is cheap unless you need something special or heavy on resources) and use a web form where your clients would enter data that is sent to you (through e-mail or whatever)...

That would be much easier for your customers, I think (and no need to develop a custom app)

We can do it with a custom app, then you need it developed for ios and android, or we can use it by a responsive design no need to make it work for differen OS's.
Price for a android/Ios would be around 200-300.
If you do it responsive, it could be done for 60 bucks.

Hi OP, I just want to ask why do you need it to put it to app store?
Do you want your customers to bother downloading the app first before they can submit their info? Just wondering. I'm sorry.

Anyways, have you heard of Google Forms? https://docs.google.com/forms/
You can make a decent, fillable form there in minutes.
Also, it would be easier to just give them the link and let them fill up straight away.

I think that a mobile app is overkill for just a form. do it on the web and mobile users will still be able to access it. Just make sure its responsive and you will be fine. That way you get both iOS and Android users too...

You can simply copy the code(submitting query). And use android sdk to put in on store.and if you need more help pm me.

1. You need to buy the graphics from the bitcoin store and you can then use it to get your look of the application .

2. You need to buy source code from various websites available in the market and put in the android sdk .
