Title: Experienced first issue with bitinstant to mtgox Post by: levy42088 on March 17, 2013, 08:58:05 PM Hey guys, so I have done a couple of flawless transactions with bitinstant to mtgox, but today when I did one for a more substantial amount, I had my first problem..
So I deposited my cash to money gram > zip zap, and bitinstant sent me a confirmation email with my goxcoupon. The only problem was, that instead of providing me the goxcoupon, it simply said "GoxCoupon: {u'error': u'Must be logged in'}" I have sent a couple messeges to both mtgox and bitinstant support, but haven't herd back, maybe someone can help me out on here since i dont know where else to go.. I've sent multiple emails to support, info, all the C-Level execs, there is no "live chat", even left a message..NOTHING!! Customer service is not BI's strong point.
Anyway yesterday at 3:00 PM PST I sent 2 money transfers to fund my BTC account to be paid by BTC Address..First one posted fine, second one had the amount of the transfer on the end on the BTC Address string. So it can't be read..
