Why sia payout have such high value?

Hello,
Transaction commission is 10 SIA - it's 0.2% of 5000.
Please, write to our support ( sia.nanopool@gmail.com ) if you really want to decrease your payout limit.

it is possible to mine on SIA with a BTC or ETH address so all SIA get payed directly in BTC or a ETH address?

No, we do not provide auto-exchange service. Only direct mining.

Any idea when this will be fixed?

For the ETC pool, the rejection rate is between 10 to 20%. I ping the server, the time is just 36 ms. Why so high rejection.

Today was a hard day for our ETC pool.
Lot's of rejects, Statistic server crash and some other stuff.
But we've recovered statistic and resolved other issues.

I lost half my mining/earnings for the day yesterday because of your shitty unreliable pool.

look at my stats

https://s18.postimg.io/xuubzld1l/Untistleds.jpg

in mining software (claymore) my hashrate very stable at 30mhs above but in nanopool current hashrate sometimes i get only 8mhs and usually under 20mhs ???

can you explain it ? why ?

I tried this pool few months back and it was working pretty good back then, is it still as good as before? I'm planning on switching from EthPool to NanoPool, the pure reason is the withdraw-able amount duration.

Well I've been mining with this pool since the day I left the above comment, and I must admit that it's still great. Payments every like 6 hours and mining without any delay or hack. :)

Going to try the dual mine soon. I've been mining only ETC till now.

Hello,
We had several more non-confirmed ZEC-transactions, so we've initiated a new investigation on the issue and had to stop the payments for a while.
The results are:
1) Our previous assumption of fork-transaction was incorrect. Balance of that transaction was restored to accounts.
2) Transactions were silently refused by the network, but the wallet was still waiting for it. That happened after increasing the maximum number of tx outs to 1500 in the desire to reduce transactions count and the wallet size growing, as was suggested by the developers here: https://github.com/zcash/zcash/issues/1749
3) We had to reindex the wallet to restore proper balance, but it broke again after restarting the wallet... so we've moved to the new wallet again and split mining wallets from paying ones.
4) All the rejected transactions were unrolled.(Transactions removed, balances restored).
5) Payment system was updated and payments were executed.

We are really sorry for not having time to answer all the mails and messages at forums, as we were trying to clear the situation and fix the payments as soon as possible.
We've increased the mininmum payout limit to 0.005 ZEC to decrease the number of transactions.

Post by: Giraudy on January 24, 2017, 08:30:52 AM
Searching for beta-testers.
I have attached Nanopool API Data to Miner Control 1.7.0 - Auto profit switching miner controller.
Application thread is located here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=769239.720 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=769239.720)

Main features are:
-   Added all currently listed coins. For XMR not all API data active yet.
-   Profitability is calculated by pools API.
-   view balance for each coin
-   view totally accepted speed
-   view speed for particular worker.

Package with configs specially for Nanapool is available here:
https://mega.nz/#F!KkQFmBpY!anycul7w-ueed8MzBC1cfw (https://mega.nz/#F!KkQFmBpY!anycul7w-ueed8MzBC1cfw)

Hashrates in configs are defined for GTX1070 and R9 390.

It would be nice, if somebody could test it for correct work with pools data and report defined bugs.

Hi,
Mining Pascal on Nanopool isues, 1 block found, 24 minutes mining:
- "Account not found" with Payment-ID
- Showing account 86646 with my account 86646-64 (show other hashrate, is oher user)

Murphy Law: 25 minutes mining and showing data properly width Payment-ID, still 86646-64 redirects to 86646

Mined Pascal for a few hours yesterday and verified my bat was correct with other miners that are seeing results, only to find no record of my time dedicated to mining Pascal.  Nano was the first pool I ever used, but this certainly may be the last.

Yes I'm using Poloniex, yes I removed the -64.  Yes I searched only the Payload number.  Nothing.

Is your ETH pool down? I keep getting "Job timeout, disconnect, retry in 20 sec" with Claymore's. Other pools work just fine.

Edit: It started working again after about an hour.

Edit 2: It stopped working again. And started working again. Seems a bit sketchy.

Title: Defining Email on Ethos
Post by: Rockett0 on June 04, 2017, 03:50:04 PM
Great pool so far. I have my rig pointed at your pool as well as my sons.

Question about setting email so I can adjust payout timing.

On Windows using standard claymore - no issues getting it to work.

On Ethos, when I attempt to define the email address I get a worker showing up called "incorrect worker name".

If anyone has defined "Email" on Ethos, could you post your changes from local.conf or claymore.stub.conf.

I think I'll have to wait 2 days for the worker "Incorrect worker name" to time out.

Thanks

Never got this working on ethos.

But I did find a solution to change settings.

1. Stop mining on ethos
2. Run claymore or similar on a windows machine
3. Specify the same Worker name as your ethos rig. Add in the email address per instructions.
4. Mine 15-20 shares and you can change your settings.
5. If you have more than one Rig, you have to repeat this for every worker name.
6. Done.  You can now change settings.

I hope it's only maintenance how they wrote on twitter 5 hours ago...

Some ETH statistics could be outdated on the web view in next few hours due to web-server maintenance.

Seems to be having a few disconnects right now - it's nice to see a major pool adding ETN, moving here for a while :)

Hello Matthew,

I have mine for about an hour with an X3, but the pool only shows 23Kh/S, and the miner console shows 230kh/s. do not seems to ramp up to 220 just kinda get stuck 23-36kh.
it also shows a lot of rejected shares.

any idea why is that?

cheers

For me, only the "Average Hashrate for last 6 hours" work out. So I suggest you to mine for 6 hours and then look at that to make sure that everything is going alright.

"Current Calculated Hashrate" and "Last Reported Hashrate" never seem to be giving a correct number. I've been noticing that for a few years now. :P

Hello there,

Yep, Raja_MBZ has a point. Your 6-12 hours Average H/s has to match or at least has to be close to your Reported H/s. However I guess you're taking about X3+ETN, if so there is definitely something wrong. Miners are complaining of getting Rejected shares. Unfortunately we haven't got a chance to figure the issue out yet. Our X3 we ordered is still on its way. As soon as we got it, we will sort thing out.

Your problem is that the pool you are mining is understanding your hardware. The diff is too low.

If you want Electroneum ETN use:

URL: stratum+tcp://etn.jedipool.com:9999
Worker: doesn't matter.. whatever you want
password: x
when you add your wallet you just need the Address... No Miner ID

For Bytecoin BCN  use:
URL: stratum+tcp://bcn.jedipool.com:9999
Worker: doesn't matter.. whatever you want
password: x
when you add your wallet you just need the Address... No Miner ID

Hi, bitmesh.com isn't in your list with exchanges. Can we use it for UID for grin pool?

Hello!
I mining ETC, the shares are uneven, it happens to be an interval of 20-30 minutes.
Is it because of the difficulty of one shares?
Can it be reduced for evenness of shares?

Hello! Yes, that is correct. We provide high difficulty shares, therefore a number of submitted shares vary. Unfortunately the share difficulty cannot be reduced. However there's no need to worry as in the long run, your revenue will be what it should be. It's because not only share difficulty is higher but its price too.

Hi, everyone! Official topic moved to another thread:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5401460.0

Please, post there. We've added several new coins this year! Now you can mine IronFish and Zephyr with extra profit, paid by the pool (each mined block reward increased by 1 coin)
