User's  who are interested in Bitcoin cloud mining may have taken notice of the BiteMiner website already. This platform looks very similar to what HashOcean has been offering, as they provide users with a free 15 kh/s of mining power when signing up. Moreover, there is zero evidence of them owning the mining power they claim to have.

It looks like BiteMiner is the successor of HashOcean in every way possible. Everyone  who reads this article should stay away from BiteMiner, though, as they will end up taking your money sooner or later.

If it is true that the site is the new hashocean so we need to stay away. With the halving is done already, it is impossible to get profit from cloudmining which is just a ponzi site.
Many of my friends lost their btc on hashocean because they thought that they can make good profit. Lucky me, I did not join any cloudmining sites before.

+1, and most of the cloud mining scammer can be spotted easily nowadays.
you should just simply take a look of referral, which is the biggest sign of red flag.
i was scammed for .06 so far for those ponzi, i am now with more awareness.

I think biteminer and HashOcean are the same website because the interface of website,system work, everything almost same, that is my reasons i said that it is same. But it is just my opinion and i don't have proof.

and see on cointelegraph.com's header,promoting the site mentioned above through refferal link,what a shame,the ads was inserted by them directly not through advertiser site so they doing it by their own

Actually nothing new is happening here. Cointelegraph has a long long story of promoting all kind of scams, they just do it, its not anymore a trustworthy site regarding news of bitcoin investment sites. Almost all the sites promoted there have ended up in scam or are going to scam very soon. Regarding biteminer its strange they are still online after the halving, other sites have gone down drastically on rewards because of the halving while they seem to stay. Its a ponzi for sure but they can continue for a bit more I think because that website is just online since February but in the end will scam no doubt about that.

Cointelegraph just seems like a paid bitcoin blog and they have been promoting only ponzis like hashocean, coince and now biteminer. I think cointelegraph is running from all those referal commision they get from this ponzis and even more from those site directly for banner advertisement.

They are misleading readers and making them to loss their hard earned bitcoin.  >:(

I think that also because their latest news about hashocean are all misleading theyre giving false hope to the investors and look what now theirs no update about what happen to those ethical hackers they have mentioned thats why i really believed that blog site are biased and can be bought to turn down and mislead The info to trace the real fraudster although its really hard to find if they are the real fraud.

There are people who are buying the script of hashocean and cldmine in xfreelancer and some there are asking other people to create a script like those from the beginning for just 250 USD, these scammers will do anything to rob people. By now the lesson should be learned , especially after the halving where reward from legit cloud mining sites decreased greatly that is to not invest in any so called cloud mining website which shows no data of mining, no actual pool where they are mining. And especially to not invest in any website who just put some imaginary data centers on some map , that's the biggest red flag together with referral commission which if its from 5% and above then 101% its a ponzi scam.

yes correct ..we are only promoting this cloud mining ponzi site and otehr big review site and article site promotion them ..sow e have to take action from our end

can say they only pay 250USD and about 100USD for hosting and domain or even lower,they can get about ten thousands dollars from it or even more
just unfortunately people still getting trapped into it so they'll keep doing this until they reach the boring point,and there's possibility another scammer will be born,really sick seeing so many people wasting time and money

The reason really why there still people keep investing in that sites is there innocent enough  to know that the site they are putting their money is scam and some of them are just been dragged by refered by thosed greedy people who to earn some commission upon their deposit and thats why fraudster are always making new because they knew that there are people whos willing to help with their scam scheme, and i really want to see that percentage of hyip investors will be turn to zero so fraudster cannot victimized those innocent people who only wants to earn in decent way.

So for those newbie out there stay away in any cloud mining site and investment site they are scammers.. all investing site before are converting into cloud mining because they know you will get negative trust fast here so they convert in cloud mining because hashflare is alive.. and never get negative trust.. so they are using cloud mining site to bypass and to promote it here or other site without negative or bad reputation..

thats why people should be aware for that hyip owners are doingbit repeatedly, if they are finish to scam to that site they will just reboot it and do some costumizing to make it new and fish again the people in cryptoworld, so better knockoff the idea or thoughs for investing to this its because scammers will became more richer if we still invested on their made hyips.

The amount of scams appearing every day is incredible, I wasn't even aware of the existence that one.

Same here, I didn't even notice the existence of that site because of many ponzi sites that almost puff out everywhere and they are like mushrooms everytime they turn out to scam and disappear on the other day another new ponzi site appeared. The cycle continues in this matter but if one of those ponzi sites or those owners are being caught and put up into prison then it would be a thing that would lessen those ponzi sites out there.

If they are using the same system and design of HashOcean I believe many will invest on it again hoping to see the site lasting the same several months that HashOcean survived. People will try to get referrals again to make fast profit and take investiment back before the site colapses. But we know many will be scammed in the end.

Probably there would still join this  kind  of cloud mining site and  hoping  it  to get   good profits  like  on  hashocean but as you said we would still end  up lossing all our  money.  I dont  know  why cointelegraph   promoting this  kind  of  schemes.

i think that there are many company was adopt the system of hashocean, including biteminer. and as far as i know, there are many people that have join into that cloud mining. and yes cloud mining is ready to make scam people so better to stay away from cloud mining unless that cloud mining have reputable.

It doesn't really matter what system "cloud mining" sites are using and operating from, people should be smart and avoid anything related to cloud mining as it is a done and empty industry.

Even legitimate cloud mining sites are one that you shouldn't put any money in as the difficulty keeps increasing with no profits in sight as result.

Stick to trading or hodling and you'll be fine. If people plan to do some "cloud mining" anyway, then they shouldn't complain at the time the site goes down. That's the well known risk.

And if you see their site right now you can see they are not promoting biteminer which they used to promote in past which is very bad practice they have done and many have criticized them about this and hope they will not promote similar type of ponzi in future. They should have learned lesson not to do it again and may be other bitcoin based magazine site/blog have also learned not to promote possible ponzis.

Even it is not the website made by the hashocean owner we still must be careful of putting our money in this or any kind of investment online that deals with bitcoin and we should stay away and avoid them . It is very obvious that they are not a legit cloud mining .

Yep there are a lot of things similar, especially that free forever starting bonus. However it doesn't mean that Biteminer and Hashocean have same management, or is run by same people. With "success" that hashocean did you can expect that many other sites will try to copy that same scheme.

and there are so many fake cloud mining services scattered online before this biteminer comes up . i've noticed before that most of them are giving 15 kh/s for free every sign up but you need to purchase another hashpower in order to continue this service which is very similar to hashocean and because of that I started to doubt hashocean good thing that I've never joined them .

Hashocean  or  not  i wouldnt  still invest again  on this so called cloud  mining site  because they are  just total scams for me.  This scheme  would continue   to  pop  out everywhere because  there are still people  who  used to  put their  money  on this  schemes as  i  observe  on  recent  post  those  newbie accounts trying to  promote the site  is  paying. The only reason cloud mining and other scam sites exist, is because of dumb people pumping their hard earned cash into these sites as they seriously believe they can make profits.

Some people even know they are "investing" money into an obvious scam site. They think that they can walk out with profits when they are pumping money into that site at the very early launch stage.

Even though noobs invest without doing actual research, I feel sorry for them if they lose money due to scams, but that's not the case for people knowingly "investing" in scams. It's their own fault.

Yes, they join this kind of site, because they think they can be lucky to make profit before the site colapses. On social medias there are some people saying to be "HYIP masters","HYIP professionals". They think they can know when it's safe to invest on a Ponzi, HYIP scheme.

There are some fail rules they use to say when it's safe, like: Invest on a very new site, between 0-10 days; Look if the number of members are increasing... But it's as you said, it's their own fault, nothing to complain about it.

I do  hear some  people  who said that they are  profitable on  hyips   because they join  on early stage,  it might  possible though  but   it wont  work anytime because  most  hyips doesnt last long  or shall we say  they last  only  on 2-3 days atleast. Roi cant be achieve on that short time  thats why  most  investors  would really lost  up   their money  especially for those  new  people  who  just  joined in.

You are a genius lol. Don't you know that Hashocean had been running for more than 1 year? At the time when most of the  people believe that it is the best cloud mining ever, it decided to turn into a scam. Everyone lost their money, the Ponzi scheme runaways with more than 7000BTC. That's why i believe that Biteminer is just an another fake cloud mining whose managers are very good in marketing and controlling the site. They have persuaded thousands people to invest in this site. Such a liar

These people saying to make profit on HYIPs because they are smart, invest early... it's because they want referrals, that is it. Referrals will think they are really smart and professionals and invest. If they get many referrals, the ROI comes faster, they throw a lot of people on the fire to make their fast and easy profit and go away, with the scheme owner...
