I would like to have my own acct due to the ip restriction. I am extremely new to btc, I still have figured out how to buy them yet let alone transfer them. I can however do PayPal. I have been researching Bitcoin feverishly and seem to have a grasp on it. There has to be a method that would be safe for buyer and seller. If anyone has ideas please educate me.
