It's a simple setup, hosted free so no overheads to pay for. It is self funding and non-profit. The whole thing runs of advertising revenue to pay out to the main address. I don't take anything from the site (I did enter one of my addresses to test). So without further hesitation... Legendary Faucet - Free Bitcoins For Everyone! (http://legendaryfaucet.herokuapp.com/) Oh and should you wish to have your own faucet then simply fork on Github (https://github.com/PartTimeLegend/freecoins). I've arranged for a little deposit to kick start it to go in over the next few hours from my own supply. That's all I'm doing though, it will pay should it earn. I am going to hit 10 faucets and my earning would increase to 10,000 satoshi a day
