A new forum ,any new feature added? Or it similar like other btc forum.i strongly suggest kindly add global chat option as it greatly increase flexibility.

For your forum to work, you have to advertise it with signature campaign or giveaways. Good luck and I hope it gets more users.

Yes i think u need to give some free giveaways at the start to make your forum popular and get the attraction from users.

Ya right may be a sign up bonus or something paid to post or starting a topic.
You have to do it in the start for marketing purpose or its not going to be success.
