Though the website project's some good analysis ,I was quite shocked by the welcome message they greeted me with.A Public Service announcement ,to be specific.Check for yourself.

Not sure if they're trolling or I'm just living under the rock unaware of the news?

No one cares.

Price goes up, it's all good!

Interesting point.

Does it matter if Blockstream is profiteering if Bitcoin price is up?

I still think it matters because we want an open and free Bitcoin
for everyone as much as possible...Not third party services that
are permissioned.

To be honest... No one cares. As long as it improves bitcoin, whatever.

I don't think BTC would be closed-source anytime soon. So what if it's developed by Blockstream? People can still review the source. Miners can still mine on their desired chain, be it core or classic. Everyone is still entitled to their own opinion. If you disagree with core, go with classic. No one will stop you.

If Blockstream messes up, everyone can simply ignore their recent changes.

Democracy.

--=== Beware Big Block shills at work here ===--  Just thought I would put that notice out there for the people who reads this.  ::) ...Blockstream is doing a damn fine job, to reduce the risk of

doing a hard fork for a scaling solution that are not needed at the moment, and was only created to confuse the masses. These people will stop at nothing to shill the shit out of this issue to blow it out

of proportion. Let's clap hands and kick the can down the road.  ;D
