Op, my initial thoughts - you have created PayPal account with fake female ID of some sort and then you have no way to contacting the support.DM asap! But you know that anyone who will agree to help you with this 'paypal limitation' thing, is committing a fraud? Also PayPal is monitoring and recording all communication either written or spoken be aware of that; in worse case scenario your helper will be linked to your potentially illegal activities. I think better to make a newpaypal account which is legit.. but if your account lots of balance. better to look for anonymous people that they can hide their place.. He most likely wants someone to impersonate a registered Paypal account owner, as a lot of the threads in this subsection want you to commit a felony or two for some satoshis, but it could also be that he is really thirsty and reaaally wants to hear a foreign female voice, in which case I recommend OP use Microsoft Anna (Windows 7, 8+ narrator voice) to communicate. You could also use MorphVOX Pro for Windows. Hopefully I won't be raided for assisting you in case you're committing any crimes here. |
