Things will be different in 2-3 years and you can decide then. Consider storing the coins in your own wallet, preferably cold storage, rather than Coinbase's wallet. Some countries have far more possibilities than others.

Have it in a safe storage of yours and maintained the security of it. 2-3 years is a long period of time so better than safe than sorry. Title: Re: buying and selling where?
