I suggest an app for smartphones

I suggest that to make the graphics modern style your current is bit classic and i found it not appealing to d eyes so better make an site upgrade and give new look to the site.

I would suggest coming up with an exciting game that you've 100% come up with completely on your own (I get it's ironic,but this will give you a competitive edge in a market where it's desperately needed).

A lottery with 'the world's first BTC1000 prize' or something big like that, that would draw a lot of attention.

A small decentralized exchange on the casino website for people that stumble across it but don't have any BTC is another idea. Maybe you could use only things that are harder to reverse (aka: not PayPal).

With the exchange idea, you could also have it where it's a gamble on what rate you get. Put in $100 and you can choose your multiplier up to 2x (you get $50 or $200 in btc to bet with).

I have some improvements:
1. Show statistics for the entire site (e.g. total wagered, total won, total loss, daily win chance (wins/(wins+losses))...)
2. Add a way of changing tokens to bitcoins (such as 1 token = 1 satoshi or 1 bit)
3. Possibly give token giveaways every week or month in order to attract users to come back to the site continuously to use those tokens and possibly invest more of their own money!

Social gameplay is something that truly stands out nowadays. If you havent check this then probably you should check it on betking.io for their new social dice game

Not saying that you should copy it however Im saying that it could be much better to make the slots , roulette and bitspin to be social based as well so people could enjoy the thrill of playing together.

Hey lightlord, I have played a few times on your site, never won anything though, but it was fun. Let's get started with my suggestions for your gambling site.

1. Layout & Design
Okay, so when I look at bitvest.io, I see fun games, but the layout is on the poor side. For example the background of the playing game is too monotone. The menu shouldn't be at the bottom of the page, but at the top, so it is easier to navigate through your site. Also I would recommend to change colors of the menu.

2. Rakeback and house edge
A casino or gambling site with a low house edge attracts more players. When people get a % rakeback from their bets, they are happy they didn't loose all their btc and therefor will keep playing at your site. For example level 1 users gets a 1% rakeback, level 2 users gets a 2% rakeback, and so on untill max level, let's say level 20. So a 20% rakeback would attract so many more players. This is just an example, u can do these rakeback rates based on what u think is fair.

3. Accepting other coins
Also a good thing to do is adding more coins to your site, this will increase the amount of public u are targeting. For example directbet.eu has been accepting more coins over the time, now they have users from all kind of different cryptocurrencys. For example Waves, it is a good coin, but not on shapeshift(yet).

4. Adding new games
Adding new games such as poker, higher or lower and a real live btc price chart betting would be cool to see. Also this will get more traffic to your site. Or think of a new unique game that would be fun to play. Mayby like a player vs player game with a small house edge.

5. Add ddos protection Disable TOR & proxy IP
Since alot of sites are getting ddos'ed, such as poloniex and other huge sites, it can be that your site will be a target too. So cloudflare's ddos protection will prevent your site for ddos attacks. So u have a 100% uptime and this is good for the trust in the site and it guarantees users security(for example users don't want the site to go offline while they are making a bet). Hmm, it seems u have a ddos protection already, although when loasing the page, it didn't go to the cloudflare wait 5 seconds thing. Still upgrade your protection by blocking TOR and proxy IP's to prevent bots or some other kind of evil from using your site.

6. Add a FAQ
On your site is only a help page, but it misses a FAQ page. Some users that are new to bitcoin gambling will not know how to play or deposit or whatever, therefor a FAQ is really useful to help new players.

7. Quick Support
For every site, I think it is important to have 24/7 support. Or at least 12 hours a day.
Since problems can occur when betting/depositing/withdrawing and a user always wants to get his funds asap.

8. Contact/social media page
This is really needed, since social media will have a good influence on the amount of players your site will have. If u don't have a twitter account for bitvest.io, I recommend to register one, and run a twitter campaign for a couple of weeks to build up your account, and update your account daily and make some tweets everyday. I just took twitter for example, same could be done woth facebook or any other social media platform.

9. Add time into the chat
Add a clock into the chat, so we can see when a message is posted, this is not the most useful thing, but still it is better with one than without one.

Let's get into some more details. The game that you should add is pai gow poker. This form of poker is being played alot in Canada and there is no casino yet that has this form of poker and is accepting cryptocurrency, so this is an good niche.

Definitely an app, the page on mobile definitely isn't the neatest. Changeable themes would be very helpful. Night mode would help out a lot; blue isn't exactly the best color to fall asleep looking at :)

Multiplayer/community rolling roulette would be fun, a special chat box and a predictions section in the chat box for the community roll would be fun. Multiplayer roulette is something I enjoy, but so far there are very few outside CS:GO. Otherwise, the website's great, and I can't really think of anything besides the ones people have already suggested.

Live support popup button would be nice, even if there's a queue, it's good to know a website cares.

Jackpot mode is something I would like from this website, maybe 1v1 coinflips? Rock-Paper-Scissors would be a fun minigame as well. Not sure if you're looking for these suggestions, but a scratchcard would also be fun- pick your bet amount, scratch, hope you win.

First of all I'd like to say that I love bitvest and I have invested in it without any problems at all. I think that the site design is actually pretty decently clean, unlike other sites.

What I would like to see is in plinko, slots, and bitspin, something that tells you the maximum payouts you can put in one square based on your current selections. This is currently not possible and very annoying, because right now all there is is a RTP percentage at the bottom, instead of anything that can hint you about the maximums. It would also be useful if you could just add the probabilities for each of the options in plinko + dice instead of letting the users figure it out themselves(Not sure if this already exists somewhere, but definitely is not clear enough in my opinion anyway)

EDIT: Also, I noticed that you are overcharging your users on the transaction fee. PD currently seems to be experiencing the same problem. Not sure what exactly is causing it myself though. My withdrawals are sent with a 0.00008 BTC fee when you charge 0.0002 for each withdrawal.

I would love to see an option where you choose your own withdrawal fee, and therefore its priority. Take a look at bitsler. They recently updated their site with 3 options of 0.0001 BTC withdrawal fee, 0.0002 BTC withdrawal fee and 0.0005 BTC withdrawal fee. That way, people can't blame you for slow confirming transactions. ;)

Err, did you already tried on bitvest.io? Bitvest already has faucet from a long time ago.

Their site is mobile responsive im using mobile phone now and try to take free bets on faucet and so far i dont really face some issue regarding playing on my mobile,

well I will suggest your site should be HTML5 based  and your site should be eye catching frankly on my opinion bitvest is not eye-catching if you can add more design and if you also add a lottery system like freebitco.

Honestly, I haven't played on bitvest yet so I'm not sure if my suggestion will be 100% correct.

I would suggest that you would get an exclusive sign-up bonus. It is the best promo and it is something that can entice a lot of new users.
Or maybe a promotion for active players - for example: if you wager X amount BTC then you will receive a lottery ticket - and next day players who met the criteria will have chance to win the lottery.

I would like to post my suggestions as follows:
1. A better interface
Don't get me wrong, a serious player has nothing to do with the interface he is working with. However, new users seem to remember and recommend websites that have a great graphical outlook. I can show you my designs of your website if you want.
2. Add a checkbox for showing the next all bets tab
It is very annoying when the website gets laggy after 5 minutes or so when you leave the All Bets tab open. A checkbox might do the trick
3. Show the stats of a user in chat along with granting Loyalty Points so that players on your website know whom to trust and whom to not
With increasing scammers, it is not possible for the mods to be online all the time. To prevent getting users to be scammed of money, Loyalty Points could be used where a player being loyal to Bitvest would get a better trust ratings. Those with higher Loyalty Points get a lower house edge.
4. Add a dice betting option which is the same as scratch dice.
Scratch Dice can also be added as a playable option where users get a chance to choose the roll number to their will, from 1 to 10 ( two dices will be rolled)
5. Add a script for autobetting in the help tab instead of referring users to the BitcoinTalk link
When mods are not around and even for the newbie players, it is impossible to know if there is an autobetting option available for the site.

I suggest you to make translations into major languages (Spanish, Russian, Chinese, German), add chatrooms for those languages and hire staff: moderators, community managers, support (one person can do multiple roles). From my personal experience I can assure you that there are many Bitcoin users who have trouble reading complex explanations in English, so they can only use services available in their languages.
Many owners think that translation is a waste of money, but it's a long-time investment which will serve you forever.

First of all, this is one of the promising gambling site. The team have taken the right decision to go for the public brainstorming. Although the rewards are too low for this, so far feedbacks are good and productive. A. Tutorial/Introduction/Walkthrough

Prior to success of anything in the world, a good marketing is required. You can sell a simple product or a very complicated expensive one. Whatever it is, a simple, elegant, decent and easy to learn documentation in the form of text, video, infographics, sound or other formats that clearly explain what is bitvest.io?, what are the prerequisite?, what each and every part of the website is?, how to play?, how to deposit/withdraw? (you should also be explaining or pointing to "what is bitcoin/altcoin?". This is what we call tutorial/intro.

The advantage of this is, you will be making various formats and instruments to create your tutorial. By publishing the materials online, it reaches various platforms and get wide reach from variety of people which will bring new people to come, see and try what is bitvest.io. For example, a video in youtube and a link in your website and other social media.

[The Help section is good and have fair information about the site. But you need to add more info out of the site. Posting tricks, tips, user experiences can add more value]

B. Appealing Design

It is very important for a new comer, inter and expert in gambling to receive a pleasing experience when he/she visit bitvest.io. The existing design is somewhat a traditional looking basic bitcoin based gambling site design. I really appreciate your time and efforts in bringing the design alive. It is not easy for everyone to bring it alive. You have done it. Great! This must be your first step. Now, you must be analyzing the feel of the design and streamlined use. Some users in their feedback make some suggestions already. You must be making note of it. Besides that, I would like to point out something which should bring all your gamblers again and again to your site and stick to your site.

Simple to say, all of the pages looks messy. It overlaps to other subjects/parts of the website. The existing design is only suitable for dice games. The designs can fit well for primedice but not for bitvest.io.
For spin formats, take a look at satoshicircle.com, which is a perfect design in my opinion. The size, color and formatting of the page looks neat and pleasant to the visitor.
The other two game pages, Slots and Roulette images are oversized. Plinko pages completely awkward. However all of the Plinko sites are looking same to me. Something similar to bustabit design work better for Plinko game. (For plinko this is a general suggestion for all gambling sites)

It clearly visible, you didn't check your website design on all formats. You wouldn't have seen what will happen if a browser is resized. Check yourself, as a designer you will easily understand what to do with the css.


I believe you know docking. Add a docking feature to your website. It enables users to move the items to other places where they find it convenient and easy to handle. This can be applied to Account, Chat,..Help menu and game menu. The users area where Account information, chat, help and other pages are listed must be dockable. This helps the visitor to use the webpage very handy to their needs.

If you enable horizontal chat box, that could be helpful for some visitors who can simultaneously concentrate on chat and game.

You need to have some white space on all sides of the website. This gives good feel. The current design occupies all parts without any space. (I'm not telling html white space. Just telling leave some space there)

By altering the game page design in such a smarter way, you can facilitate two games to be shown simultaneously on the screen. This can help people play two games simultaneously. (May be the next innovation in the gambling)

The whole game screen along with the first 3 bet lines in the bottom must be visible in the page. Users don't need to scroll down to see the bets.

Haha! Why do you need "Welcome to Bitvest" in the Slots game page. You seem to be funny designer. No need.

Introduce customizable skins to all games. Make a contest to design beautiful, smart looking, stunning designs from the public.

Charts - Introduce customizable charts on per user basis. This helps serious gamblers to analyze their own skills(!) in gambling.

C. Basic Tweaks

I would like to suggest some basic tweaks that make me feel to use the website easy and handy.

1. Use a radio button instead of checkbox to switch between bitcoins and tokens.
2. Add option to exchange bitcoins to tokens and tokens to bitcoins. This will help to initiate giveaways, tips and others if any. (Hope you already have this feature)
3. Make captcha simple. As there are rules to get free tokens, captcha may not be that harder. A gambler must always be in a hurry to play. A three number captcha is sufficient all time.
4. I feel Account Stats page should not be in bottom left. I feel it can be dockable at first. If not, place it top right or use right side entirely.
5. I don't prefer "Playing". I think people always search for "How to Play" in google. I would prefer "How to Play" in the Help section.
6. You don't need to always make it visible all of the information in every section. A user on his personal interest can expand and view it. This will reduce page load speed in the future. (If you use a better technology, then don't care about it). For example,
Take a look at Referrals section. Turn off/Minimize Global Earnings, Top Affiliate Earnings at first. If user wishes to see the details, they can turn on. This will reduce the page load in the beginning.
7. Secret URL in the Automatic Account section is not clickable. Add copy to clipboard button.
8. Introduce Minimizing feature in the leaderboard. List top 10 instead of top 3.
9. Lot of information in Stats page. You need to tweak the page so that it looks simple and easy to use. My opinion is :
Create a tabbed section titling - Investments, Results, Use radio buttons to show on/off for global and my data. Also use radio or check button to show data about each game. If you use check button, you can view game results of one game, two games or all games. You should implement adding different game results based on the check box selections. This is easy for users to analyze the stats.
10. I have no comments for My saved Rows page as of now.
11. The ? question mark after Pending in the funds section must include shapeshift information about the delay in the coin delivery.
12. You may introduce Add Bitcoin Address for withdrawal option. This will enable one click withdrawal ability to the user.

1. You need a new layout. Its kinda messy after all.
2. You should add a dice game as its quite common for bitcoin gambling site.
3. The website looks plain. It needs to be attractive.
4. The tabs for chats , investment , ... is blocking my view of some part. (maybe i have a small screen)

I'd recommend Blackjack as a game. But the most important part of that is the sound. The satisfying card deal sound effect resounding in your ears as you eye your cards is one of the best parts of Blackjack in my opinion. I just used your site for 30 minutes and found that accessing Bitvest with a mobile device totally sucks

I would suggest you guys not to bring any app for it instead improve the mobile browsing experience. There looks lots of features missing with it. I can't even zoom in
To get a little better experience I had to go to landscape mode which again makes other features horrible

Not everyone gamble with a computer. They do with their smartphone
Some people likes to have fun on the go which can't be done with a computer

So I think if you guys improve the mobile browsing experience then I am sure daily total wagered amount will rise like never before

1.I would say , weekly or monthly wagering contest . for top 3 wagered players paying off some amount . it would bring more people to site and the existing ones will play more on your site .

2.Make it more mobile friendly .

We're looking for features that will improve the user experience for the site, or possible ways to engage more users, preferably without involving any payouts. Also, when suggesting game related features. Consider that anything that increases investor risk by a large amount is not possible to implement.
Also, please consider this is an investor gaming site, many game ideas have been for things that go against the investor model of the site.
Suggestions like "Make X better" are helpful feedback, as it lets us know something is wrong or could be improved. But we'd prefer to know what you'd like to see changed to improve or fix the issue.

That being said, thank you for all the suggestions and feedback so far, it's highly appreciated. There many great ideas in this thread that we're currently discussing and looking into implementing soon.

I Dont know whether others have suggested this but I want to suggest that there should be converter calculator for different currencies and denominations of Bitcoin as most people find it difficult to convert into BIT, Satoshi etc... Also you can include suggested trustworthy merchants for stress free transactions...

Here are a few ideas...

a. Multi-chat bot!  Chat rainbot is AWESOME but only goes to one person when it fires.  Maybe consider a first, second, or first second and third type payout depending on how many chatters there are.  Same overall amount but distribute the tokens to more players.  More players with tokens is more fun.

b. En Prison Rule for Roulette.  I know you have to keep the return to player at a set amount, but I think you have some room to work with roulette.  Some roulette has what is called the en prison rule.  If you bet on red or black and the zero is spun, you do not lose your bet, it's marked en prison and the wheel is spun again.  You can read more about it HERE (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/En_prison).  I've never seen it at another site.

Part of the challenge is that your site is already the best one I know of, it does so many things right, lots of mods, levels, dual currency, faucet, rainbot, hard to see obvious improvements.

the interface is ok. dont change it to have your own uniqueness. even the graphics of the games. just add more games sir. like a horse racing game. like we see on some arcades.

My suggestion is that, give a new loo to your site, especially give a smaller space to your pyramid or keep your pyramid as the background image to your website and on the front keep the four games' monograms etc.

A complete website redesign is a must make an improvement in every playing table it looks like we are playing on flash game website that kids came to play, i know the website is design that way to allow faster loading but if your competing with other bitcoin gambling site might as well treat them with an eye candy, and don`t forget to add card games player likes a variety of games, twitter and facebook promotion, advertisement is always a must, distribute your ads to as many faucet owners that are active as of now, every now and then make a free bet promotion but not a giveaway most of them will just cash it out.

Reading though this thread there are lots of things that have been suggested before.  When I first found the site I asked about timestamps in chat as that is a pretty common feature.  However, there is concern that it may make it easier for people to abuse the rainbot.

I've seen lots of people suggest format changes but nothing very specific. 

I'd like to see the actual payout lines on the slot machine game.  So when I play 20 lines, or whatever, the relevant lines are dimly shown on the reels. 

It might also be nice to show some payout lines on plinko.  I know I try to keep track as the pucks move away from the high payout edges to the center, it might be fun to be able to turn on "plinko paylines" or something.  Make it optional though, as I can see other players wanting a cleaner looks, or players who set the speed up really high, robbing themselves of plinko drama, not wanting or caring about such a feature.

Its like you're having a Christmas party everyday there, why don't you try a Flat Design or maybe Material Design, try to catch up with whats popular today and change everything, I mean everything and I'm sure this will attract more players.
 ~ Your website should become responsive, and should fit in mobile phones and tablets.

Games
 ~ It's good to know that you have four kinds of games there, but please, add 1 more game and I suggest is Dice, dice games are more popular than any other gambling games here.
 ~ Hire a moderator and make a small games like lotteries or maybe some chat games.

Chat
 ~ Want to make it more lively? Put a tippy bot there, this bot will tip those who are active in your chat. If someone deposit 100k and above and chatted in chat room, he has the chance to receive more tip from tippy bot, let's say 20k sats. And if someone is actively chatting in the chat room but didn't deposit, he has the chance to get maybe 2.5k tip from tippy bot. You can also add emoticons and flags (chat room) there for English Players, Russian Players, and so on.

Cryptocurrencies
 ~ Instead of Bitcoin, add more cryptocurrency there, maybe 3 or 4 more cryptocurrency, just pick what cryptocurrency is popular and also if a player wants to convert it to BTC, you can add this feature, just like in shapeshift.

Other suggestions:
 ~ JACKPOT (Put a 1 rare color in Plinko, and this block will be a hard to hit maybe 0.5 chance to hit this, and if the player hit it, he will win 1 BTC (to win a 1 btc, a player should bet 100, 000 satoshi * 1000 and he need to hit that block), well it depends on you on how much you will give the reward.) You can also add this in slot, roulette and bit spin if you want.
 ~ Facebook, Twitter integration, a player will share his winnings and his referral link will automatically share also.

 

I'll suggest innovating the websites color design. And to the games as other said add dice games which is a popular game also lottery and free Satoshi faucets. In chat make it global that everyone who chat even in any country could see each otherJust my suggestions.

I want that you should add different alt coin playing option.it would be great to others who generally uses alt coins.

You can add some background music and/ customize background image so people get more exicted playing there.

An appreciated improvement could be a weekly lottery. Players could earn tickets for free by playing games or buy ticket on the site. Prize will be not less than 5  :)

A good improvement could be introduce a thermometer to measure the distance from the last big win for each particular game, in order to indicate the hottest games and which in theory should pay more.

Here are a couple of ideas cribbed from other sites.

a. You already have a leaderboard, Bitdice.me does a weekly contest (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1429235.0) that pays out to it's top three players.  I've heard that most gambling site profits come from "whales" who play a lot, this may appeal to them much more than a rainbot.  (Though I LOVE rainbot!)  I realize that Bitdice.me is a dice site and you are not, but it seems to work for them, the top three players played over 350 BTC there last week, despite chat being dead.

Anyway, worth checking out to see how their level of action compares.  They seem to have a dedicated group of 100+ btc players who play there week after week.

To be fair though, the owner pays out 1 btc total to the top three players (.5, .3, .2), if he gets 10% of the expected wins, 350 btc of action is only .35 btc, so he may be taking a large loss on it, IDK.

b. I realize everyone is already doing dice, so if you do dice, you need to do it differently.  One dice site, now long gone, had it where you could use a slider to select your range of winning numbers.  So it wasn't high or low, you could set any range you want, e.g. 25 to 45.

c. One of your very successful players, Jog, likes Sic-bo.  I've never played it but seen it in casinos.  It may be a nice addition, I love learning new games playing with bitcoin because I can play for low stakes while I'm learning what I'm doing.

Also, I'd really like to reiterate my suggestion about having rainbot spread it's winnings over more than one chatter.  Keep the total amount given out the same, but spread over more people.  It can be disheartening to be chatting for long periods of time and seeing people who just sneak in with one short line grab the whole pot.  I know it sounds like I am complaining about free money, and I'm sorry, but I'm really just trying to think of a way for you to get more constructive chatting for what you are already giving away.

I found this thread confusing also. It's a lot of posts that he has to go thorugh and find repetitive stuff from people who can't be bothered to read the thoughts of others (though there is quite a large number of replies now).
There's no deadline for this competitions, which is one of the problems and obviusly this campaign is going to attract signature spammers and micro earning enthusiasts (newbies) to here to give their opinions in an attempt to gain some Bitcoin.

However, there are still some new and useful ideas being presented and if there are repetitive opinions, lightlord will see what should be done better!

While there is clearly not a set duration, I agree the thread does have a fair amount of low to no value suggestions.  An update or some feedback might help.

Even though they are frowned upon, maybe next time use a self moderated thread to cut down on all the junk posts and signature spam.

0 confirmations deposit. And its not a problem if double spend happens cause you need to put a time limit on withdraw. This way the user who is caught cheating gets a ban and is never allowed to play again there. For example Vegascasino.io offers a 0 confirmations deposit and that's a very useful implementation. I want to play as soon as I can just as I were in a real casino where I just put my coins and start playing immediately. This can make a difference , a big one in online casino but you have to be careful because many will try to cheat so some defenses against these cheaters should be implemented too.

only issue with your post is the commission taken on divest, that commission is taken live no fee's are taken on divest what so ever.
So you can invest an divest as much as you want with no fee for divest, not sure if it was intended that was but the way i read it suggested their was fee's on divest.

I have some suggestions for Bitvest
- Chat should be improved
- For promotions Giveaways should be done in a month or two.
- Currently Bitvest game is pretty complicated when selecting Multiplier when changing Multiplier in every color something should be done of that.
- I have seen many times that captcha was giving Images which were impossible to understand what is written in it. ( It should be changed to Google Captcha )

- Bitvest should also add a Custom dice game in which players can select numbers to hit from 100 numbers.
 It will make Bitvest the 1st Dice Game which is giving players the right to Bet on custom numbers And i am sure that it will influence the players from other Dice sites to come and bet.
