More than 4 days ago I used BitInstant site to send some money from MtGox to BTC-e. MtGox coupon was deposited at BitInstant instantly account and I get "Order execution failed!". More than 4 days left - still no money. Anyone can help? There are quicker ways to get your cash into digital format that don't involve using a website that is unreliable at best.

The amount of support here is a fraction of the volume we do. People using the forums is great.
