" he has been released on a $100,000 bail. " Make you wonder who posted that bail? Would we ever know the truth about this whole thing, and will the people who lost money there, ever get a

cent back? What has happened with the list of people who filed claims against the recovered money? I might have missed something, because I did not follow the whole outcome of this whole affair.

If he jumps bail now, you will never see him again.  ::)

I'm pretty sure bail was paid with his stash of Gox coins he has somewhere. I wouldn't be surprised if we see some old coins move around. He would be stupid to try to convert it to fiat but he could use some old coins to pay for things at places that accept btc.

Im not surprised that he got out of jail.
The funny thing is that they got so much money out of it,that they wont even sit in prison-they are just too rich.

i wonder who or what paid the bail bill? that's a chunk of change to find for most people and i assume his own money's comprehensively locked up.

so they pay your bail for you? that seems real nice of them. i didn't think that's how it worked otherwise people would be disappearing all the time if there was nothing on the line.

What I mean is, he must have a legal fund. Someone must be footing the bill.
