I am from India and we have serious restrictions on using PayPal. Any funds we receive (even if $0.001) are directly auto withdrawn in linked bank account due to instructions are given by central bank and that makes us very difficult to send payments from PayPal especially when if we have to send funds without using the credit card.
Bitcoin is really emerging as an aid for this obstacle, let’s hope it will have bright future in the eyes of law. Hi, but PayPal is not the "unique" player in this service. There are some other Payment Systems for Freelancers. I think they also won't do it because exchanges make huge money for Russia.
