Just because somebody has a 'professor' before his name, doesn't mean that he has to be taken seriously.
Remember Professor "Bitcorn", who predicted that Bitcoin would drop to $10 within a year?

He is on the forums here too but he has demonstrated to me in several of his posts either a language barrier or fundamental misunderstanding of various technical parts of Bitcoin.

This guy is like your grandpa trying to figure out why people use social media.

He doesn't get it, never will, and keeps trying to force it into convenient categories so his ossifying neurons can process it.

He reminds me of those blackberry users, still tied to physical keyboards, pecking away while staring down their bifocals at their emails. Hopelessly out of the loop, yet he doesn't think he is.

Even the SEC is smarter than this guy. They'll look at his "proposal" and laugh it off, its that badly constructed.

where are all the other comments on that proposal? I can only see two in total but maybe i'm doing it wrong.

the prof clearly has way too much free time and some weird problem that maybe even he ain't aware of. he's probably gonna regret squandering the final years of his life writing shit about something he doesn't understand and has no control over.

I had never heard of him, so I looked around a bit. He's a professor in Brazil, not the States, it seems.
