backlink? you want to make dummy backlink? hmm its not a good idea bro, because search engine for now is really smart, they will banned you if you made this. just play safe and not to cheat with search engine unless you want to get your domain banned forever  ;D

if you want backlink, my suggestion is make a good post, with image, minimal word is 500 word, and try to blog walking to others blog, introduce yourself with them, make a relationship with them, after this, you can ask them to add your link into their blog to. its look like a natural backlink to your blog. trust me, this is really powerful rather than you build dummy backlink.

Medium is not a bad platform since it uses hashtags and has a developed community.

For me it is Wordpress for the site to start a blog. The useful backlinks are Article Marketing and Sharing in Social Media. Other blogs used Press Release like they introduce their blog site. Others do visits other blogs, leave a comment and do it constantly, like guest blogging. It creates a collection of blogging ideas and circle of friends in blogs that will surely gain steady views for your blogging site.
