(emphasis mine)

The Russian-based exchange BTC-e does bitcoin-namecoin trade. I don't know of a Namecoin-Qt wallet but there is some software program available from Github, I think. I don't use that presently, however: I run only bitcoin and litecoin wallets on my PC, and trade on BTC-e.

+bitcointip jimg613 1 BTM

Register an account at btc-e.com if you haven't already done so. You don't need any ID or verification to trade cryptocurrencies there. Select Finance from their main menu at the top right of the screen (after logging in) and click the Deposit button next to the NMC section. Scroll down to see the namecoin deposit address, copy and paste that and send the namecoins to that address. You can then trade them for bitcoins, litecoins, novacoins or fiat if you so desire.

Great answers thanks everybody yea cause i just accumulated not much name coins but im going to let them grow while i keep mining and i just want a good website i can get a wallet to put them in and somewhere to transfer them for bitcoins because i don't understand how you would be able to just go to this website with the name coins that i have accumulated during mining and just transfer them for bitcoins but i will check that website out.

Now it makes sence what the Namecoins are for. Thanks for the explanation.
