Perhaps Supernet takes the cake due to its simplicity. I think Waves definitely took a page from their book. Bitshares/Steemit GUIs looks good (both developed by svk), but they have a clusterfuck of features and such. It is very simple you can try the jaxx.io wallet. And don't forget back up the private keys.

Someone mentioned vericoin's wallet, and I've used that and it's also a nice one. For craziest looking wallet I'd nominate VPN. Some of it I don't understand, but it's such a wild conglomeration of things that it is like a cryptocoin work of art.
