If you have 1600 BTC (a little over 1 million dollar), how would  you bet?

Im not that enthusiast with those house edge type of gambling as I preferred sports betting.

If I will put myself in that "what if" case of yours, I will bet BTC1 for any games that has odds of above @1.5 as you will feel profit here even with such low odds given.

If I awake rich or if i just rich)?
If  awake i would not gamble anymore because i will addicted and lose all money
if i was rich, think 20-$50k per bet

of course in sport betting, i'll using martingale when my bet lose starting from 1 btc, so i can handle around 10 loses in a rows, its near impossible to lose 10 times in a row in sport betting

Then why will you allow yourself to lose all the money? Didn't you know that you are more comfortable doing gambling if you have such lots of money in your hands. Your lose here will never give you a buttheart since you will not eye to gamble more if you loss.

okay, back to the question, I think I will use few hundred BTC to bet on sports...and some for poker / casino, but mainly will on Sport betting

sportbets mate it has more ways to earn, if you feel lucky just bet at least 1btc and enjoy the game don't allow your greediness eat you need to have self control the money that you are holding was too big and it is tempting to keep playing but give your self limitation target win amount and the amount that you can afford to lose.

First of all I would get those 1600 coins and immediately exchange them for cash then deposit them into a savings account with a monthly interest rate that can be withdrawn. This will probably give me $30 000 every month risk-free and I would just use a portion of that to gamble with. In this way winning or losing my bets wouldn't matter because I am guaranteed $30 000 every month on top of that $1 million in the bank  8)

If i have 1600 Bitcoin i will use it in Poker and Sportsbetting. Why? Because in Poker and sportsbetting you don't need to much luck in order to win. To win in sportsbetting or in Poker what you need is Experience and Knowledge.

maybe i wouldn't bet at all but if i have to i will go for sport bet more possibilities in slots is just luck in card is almost the same
and besides i do place some bet on sport football motorsport and now will be more fun with Olympic starting soon

if only i have that big amount in my account, i will only do sports betting as i will enjoy the thrill of the game. i won't use gambling sites that rely on pure luck anymore coz i don't usually play gambling just only to profit, i like fun too

If I have that amount, I will not gamble it all. I will only gamble around 10btc, so I still have 1590btc. 10btc for gambling is a high amount already,but I wont do all in. Maybe I will play on slot games in a hope hitting a jackpot.

Hmm, i'll playing dice, but i'll exchange first that amount to alt coins which has little value (doge or Reddcoin), so i'll have big bankroll to cover streak loses

If I get this many Bitcoins somehow what is more than sure I will not go anymore near gambling. I will change this money into fiat and will start some good business. I am not stupid to play gamble with 1600 Bitcoins. I don't see any reason to gamble once anyone has this money because it provides you chances to make whatever you want to do in real life projects.

Its easy to say any number that you have in BTC. Just to say some one will say he has 10000 BTC which actually make no sense. If you have let us know by screenshot and if not dont open any thread unnecessary here.

I voted for sportsbet i've seen a high roller making some huge profits by doing this I see him sharing their bets before the game started(other follow his bets) and they always win most of the time after he make some nice wins he run off then he'll show up the next week again. If I had the chance I would bet like him very disciplined.

Only an idiot will bet with 1600 BTC. It is better suited in bankroll.

I won't even think about it because I'm a risk averse individual I prefer not to earn anything than to lose all because I won't be able to bear it. So I would rather keep it instead and wait till when its going to increase in value or probably invest it in atrustable source to generate additional income it might be smaller compared to gambling but I still have control over my money ad its still safe... My 2 cents...

If i have 1600 BTC i dont go bet with it, i will open my own site and make those bitcoin to bank roll
And get profit from people who unlucky enough. I think its better than gamble it

With this amount, provably you can buy your own casino, and earn money with the other user bets. If i had any similar amount, i will not risk more than 10% as bankroll for betting. The 90% on a cold storage to prevent betting with them.

I will try from the minimum bet and if it loses increase the amount bet

Because my reasons play gambling is just for fun so i will make bet for 300 BTC for first time, and 1000 BTC i will sell to fiat then 300 BTC for reserve of capital gambling. With 600 BTC it will give me more fun and even if i lost 600BTC it still fun because still there are 1000 BTC on my pocket.  ;D

if i had 1600BTC and i were about to bet then i would bet on matches which are most probably to be in my favor like bangladesh vs australia , ML australia.
the bet amounts may vary from 2 to 4 BTC and more than 500BTC + i would have invested in trading altcoins.

I would definitely put my bet on poker and blackjack, i like to play poker because its full of strategy and the winning bet is also great, and i will definitely try my luck on roulette, if i think my luck is good i will bet number, but if i feel not that good i will just play with the 50 % chance of winning bet (high or low, red or black)

If this money I receive with condition of playing gambling with this then blackjack will be the game where I use this money. Anyone having a bankroll of 1600 BTC and playing sensibly without greed has chances to always be winner in the end. I will choose medium amounts bets to have lot of cover without martingale.

With that amount omg 😱😱I will not use it in any gambling sites I will use it my own investment and earn for this if I loss in that amount I will get suicide.

I would definetely use it for sports bets because the likelihood is at best to profit. But you need knowledge about on what you are bet.
With such an amount you can bet on "save" bets with odds of 1.01 to 1.1.

If I had that much BTC will be placing bets in sports because I think sports betting is easier to understand
We can predict and based on an analysis of various sources also be able to see  live match  although it was not easy, but at least better than other games such as DICe, casino

First of far i have no enough amount of 1600 of bitcoins, but if i have it, so i never want to take a risk on gambling. i have other more works where i want to invest it. But only sport betting i like it in all of bets. So may be i will spend my bitcoins in only sport betting.

after voting it appears most people agree with me and would do it with sports gambling. At least if I lost some I would feel like it was me who lost
it and not a random flip of a coin.  Granted im not actually out there playing, but there is a lot of research that goes into sports gambling.

If I had 1600 BTC I prefer not to use it on gambling, I'll invest it rather. It's hard to earn that amount so why would I take a risk in betting. I'm aware enough that chances of losing is greater than winning, so it's a no no for me. And what do you mean with "change to fiat and hope it goes up"? Hmm If you we're referring to just converting all in to fiat, I think I will not convert it all.

I went with Poker, I feel its the thing im best at even though
its the most boring for me.

I would most likely just put most in the stock market and pay
off my house but hey I wouldnt mind blowing some trying to hit
a big score gambling on sports.

I would play poker about 100k dollars, texas holdem. I would play another 100k in slots with big progressive jackpots hoping to hit it as I will have a lot of plays with such high amount. And I would bet 300k in different sports book games. The other amount 500k with 200k I would buy bitcoin and 300k I would put in my bank with 4.5% interest rate for year is great. That's what I would do.

if i have 1600 BTC suddenly and must spend it all in gambling i would like to play half of those amount by playing poker and if i lost it i would continue to playing blackjack with the rest of my bitcoin and whatever the results i would be very enjoy to playing all of my favourite games

Sports bet is my choice, because the main factor in this type of betting is your judgement. by observing
each team in their games, you can collect information to compare the teams in their team plays. collecting
enough information will result to conclusion which will be the basis of your bet and in that conclusion you have
successfully increase your chance of winning, thus making Sports Betting the best choice to bet your/my BTC1600.

If I have that much btc, I would withdraw most of them and keep a small amount to gamble.
For me, it is too risky to keep that much money online even in an encrypt wallet. Crypto is too risky to store that much money.

If i had 1600 BTC than it would be great to have this, I would like to place bets on sports matches with martingale strategy, I will start with base bet amount $500 because with big bankroll I have very good chance to get very good amount in return.

I also do the same if it has 1600 BTC start  betting from 0.5 BTC control myself not to be greedy

I would probably end up doing dice. I've seen well over 100 BTC bets at bitdice and betking...

i wouldn't because to be honest i find gambling a way to lose money and losing about 1 million dollar is going to be that much more devastating rather than losing like 20 bucks in gambling.

so i would rather start my own business and fail in it (lose money) than making some stupid bets and lose all of it.

If I reached this number , I would use a small part of my money for gambling , because in gambling there are winners and losers , and I will be insane if I lost this amount in gambling , so I will gamble with small amount just for having fun , while I will invest or save the other big part .

It is a wise idea. However if you lose that 1 Bitcoin that you are going to gamble for fun i am betting that you will try to recover it. Because you have still 1599 Bitcoin. Because that is what i am going to do if i lose.

But in this case you have to gamble with Bankroll 1600 BTC  there was no other choice just to gamble what strategy do you use ?
I myself would bet on sports only bet on games that really I understand if it loses then double the next bet started with small bets

I would keep 1000 btc(i'll wait for price to be over 1500$ to sell) and with other 600 btc i will gamble it on slots and on sports.  ;)

And like I said in the first, even a small odds of at least @1.5 will do the work since you will place a large bet out of your BTC1,600. Gambling also even at 10% of that will not make you pissed off when you lose that's why recovering the loss maybe is just an option to be forced out.

If a person lose more than 10 times "consecutively" in sports betting especially with their "known sports" then better play jackstone or hide and seek and just use your remaining funds in other business aspects.

If it had to be all of the bitcoin then I would go for sports betting and go for really low odds, if you could break it up the I would go for a combination of sports, slots and a bit of poker.

Good idea but you have to wait for years to reach your target. Yes I think at present situation Bitcoin price will not reach 1500$, So you have to wait for years to make a profit. If I have 1600 BTC, I will invest some coins in sites, or I will create my own site. And some more I will use to do sports betting. And some more I will play slot games. 

I will not bet more than 1$ or i even will not try to touch any gambling site. I used to find gambling site so much addictive in past so i have stopped visiting them. I insteam may put 1-2 btc in sports betting if i will be watching those games live in TV. Sports betting is quite fun and also profitable if you can predict the result in some low odds games.

I think i would just keep it and stop playing luck based games forever. The point of gambling for me would not exist with such amount in stock,
since winning additional funds would mean too little, and there would always be possibility of losing portion of it, or all, in worse case scenario.

Hahaha I knew everyone would choose the same option. Its the safest one. What I would do actually is run a few online casinos with that bitcoin and double it :) or I would do nothing and be happy since that's like so much.

if that only purposely for betting or gambling i will do martingale system  and hit a one time big time bet then quit after winning atleast 10% enought already for me to enjoy some luxury :P ::).

I'd probably save my money, but if I had to bet, I'd probably bet the same as now, for fun on sports in sports betting. However, if I was rich, I'd probably have more "room" to bet, making me able to bet a little bit more and on a bigger variety of matches since I have money for entertainment.

Cause im too nervous when it comes to big bets.

Because you don't know what will happen to the Bitcoin price in the future and if the price theoretically goes down you will end up losing money in the end. Plus if you have exchanged the coins into cash and put that into a savings account you will have enough money every month to buy yourself a new car with 0 effort. Just saying   ;)

I would play dice with 100 BTC and keep that as the limit and i wouldn't use it all at once.
I see no reason to gamble it all since gambling will make you lose it all in the end, that would be such a waste.

I get so nervous I start shaking and I don't know that I can handle it that is why I would never gamble so much I would be too afraid I lose it all just trying to get a small profit and end up losing a small fortune just for 1btc when i have 1600btc xP

I'm not much of a blackjack, sportsbook person, and although I do like roulette, I would probably just play on the slots (with progressive jackpots)-- pick the second denominator available and max bet


I'm usually fine going up 1.5-2x what I started with, so even if I put it 1btc, go down to .25btc, then came back up to 1.4 btc, I would still withdraw and be happy.

to be frank if i am holding 1600 BTC i would rather sit on top of it and sell off when the price is right.i will use a couple of BTC for sports gambling,that is it.who is holding these sorts of BTC at the moment  ::)

Nice to see my pick is the common sense here. Sports bets require knowledge, it's not based on pure luck. I don't think anybody who have brain pick slot games or other casino tricks which take all your money.

I'm better doing big bet on poker because if you can conquer the game , you can win big ( poker mostly based on skill of bluffing )
Sport betting can be another option too especially if you have expert analyze important match statistic

Right now after my big loss in poker , i wont be trying to play in poker , ya but i will put 400btc in poker and balance 1200 btc in sports betting and daily i will be winning 10% and will shut for that day and enjoy the balance time. This is what i have got experienced that how much time you give for gambling or betting , that much time you will be in loss in the end.

By my new strategy i will be in profit in long term.

I also would spend money for sport bets as most people here. Like on next Olympic Games I would make bets for all possible results of football matches. It would bring me the most profit and guarantee me some success.

I will go to convert all money straight into fiat and will start some real life project. After all it is equivalent to almost 1 million dollar which is more than enough to make life. But only with great analyzation on how to manage it.
To also limit the risk of losing your money.

I would bet on sports betting because of the 50 / 50 probability and is affected by skills that will give you advantage on winning.  Plus tips and hints from veteran to professional people are everywhere.  If not Sports Betting Ill just wait for it to increase in value and convert it to fiat money.
