That sounds no good :)  apart that you can't withdraw the steem, its also possible that 162 steem could be useless after a year.  I'd be very cautious about buying such when you can register an account yourself.

Well, I know your account have pretty good steem Power and your account have some value. but I don't think people should spend 150$ for buy such account.
Steem have re-opened registrations and everyone can join for free and can build his own account and can get SP for free.
