What ICOO offers is the token ARDR of Ardor which is a new project and platform of NXT. What exactly do you mean, the above introduction to trdaing Ardor on OpenLedger in the form of OPEN.ARDR is similar to all other future ICO prelaunches made possible to be traded prelaunch on OpenLedger against a small subscription fee during ICO. So basidc info is same yes, but dont get the point of saying text is same word for word, I think its clear its not even by accessing the markets listed all Ardor related andf even the mentioning of the tokens available for sale. Only diffrence with Ardor is that since no ICO, ICOO holders bought an amount of NXT before snapshot, and is now offering part of this amount for sale on the various markets allowing users to do some active trading up untill final launch of ARDR token.
