Deposit paypal funds, exchange it to linden dollars, then exchange those to bitcoin and withdraw.
This process will cost alot of fee though :(

That's right, sometimes before coin base is held partnerships with pay pal, but I've never tried the coin base a new service. but for me, the coin base a new service is very exciting for me and recommended.So, visits their site and getting some explained about their service.

If you live in a developed country I don't know a better option than coinimal.com .
But of course there are other possibilities as well for example Localbitcoins and Paxful if you want to buy from persons there are quite a lot of trusted members using Paypal there.
Virwox it works but the fee is extremely high so I would not go to buy there unless I have no other option to choose.
For small amounts there exists xbtc.co a website which exchange bitcoin for paypal made by a few persons. So far no problems there yet, at least as I am aware of.
You can also use Coibase if you are in US or Circle , Bitstamp if you live in Europe.
You have a lot of option to choose from.

I have not yet tried this but you can easily buy bitcoin using paypal at paxful.com and they have less verification hassles.
The easiest method i know of is the currency exchange section of this forum just get a legit person or use an escrow.

Coinbase doesn't offer bitcoin buys with Paypal, only sells.

I use VirWoX without any problem , I think it is the best way to exchange Paypal balance to Bitcoin , it takes reasonable fee ,  also it offers many currencies not only the Dollar , and you can make a transfer without creating account , but it is recommended to creat an account.

@OP: my advice is:dont try to exchange your paypal for btc in this forum because your rank is not high enough and you dont have any trade history. so you cannot be trusted with a reversible payment method. maybe you can get a red trust by anyone if you try exchanging your paypal here at your current rank. the best option for you is localbitcoins.com and after you establish yourself in this forum then you can trade here easily.
to my knowledge, virwox is the most expensive method to exchange because it doesnot take resonable fees but yes, it takes  more than average fees.

The risk of dealing with Paypal with virtual items is extremely high. Most sites do not accept Paypal but some do accept credit and debit cards (circle, coinbase).

If you insist, search for shdvb. He has done several of such trades with me and I don't think that he has any restrictions on deals.

Agree.However ,the margins are too high.If you're an average trader with multiple exchange routes to earn the profits,localbitcoins is definitely not the right way to.However if simply buying bitcoins for usage ,you can select from a n number of reputed exchanges with no margins at all.On a side note,Coinbase is already in a joint venture with Paypal so maybe in the near future you would not have to go anywhere else but paypal itself.

You can use Virwox, but I don't recommend it's. It has very high fees. Why do you need to use PayPal? If you want to use credit card, there is Coinbase and Circle.

You can try purchase amount of bitcoin at virwox, it is more safe and be trusted even if there are high fees than buy bitcoin at here. Because as we know paypal is reversible service you can charge back.

Virwox is an easy way to do a paypal transfer but it takes a few days to actually release your bitcoins and its expensive. If you can id recommend just using a bank card to to a bank transfer on local bitcoins. you will find much cheaper rates doing it this way and if your wanting to keep on buying then its definitely a preferred method over paypal.

You may have to search for bitcoin exchanger that sell them by using paypal. yes you can but this is very risky for sellers so you probably won't find any seller like this, as buyer can get their money back using paypal

Virwox is a legit option and you won't get scammed. But the linden dollars conversion will make you lose a lot of your money.
The mechanism is very complex and I would rather use coinbase who accepts paypal in some countries.

I've bought btc with paypal on localbitcoin several times with no problem. everyone will require you to verify your identity before the first trade, but after that most sellers will sell you again with no problem. the rates there are around 10-15% extra. and you also have to pay any fees.

VirWox charges around 20-30% for the whole exchange from PayPal to bitcoin. Mayby try to find someone on paxful or lbc, of course an ID is needed so people know who can potentially scam the other party.

Too expensive, there are ton of other ways to Bitcoin now.  Why would ou want to use PayPal unless you plan on rescinding?

You can deal with a trusted member who is willing to accept paypal here on bitcointalk, send him amount through paypal and then he will send you bitcoins. If you want a secure layer then you can also use escrow in this deal. Alternatively, you can try localbitcoins or some other alternatives but make sure those are secured and reputed.

If you are in India or in any other location where you can’t spend paypal balance then there is no question about it. Withdraw balance in bank and buy bitcoins with debit card or net banking.

How legitimate is that website and have you had any problems with using them?
I would imagine their rate must be more than virwox charges. Last time I used them it cost 30% more to transfer from paypal to bitcoin. That is alot even if it is a secure method to get them to your wallet.

But yeah. As many have said already coinbase does not use paypal to buy bitcoins only bank account.
I have heard of two companies that sell by creditcard payments so if you have your paypal with them linked then you can use them too.

Thats a good news if that coinbase already accept paypal.. how about if the paypal is not creditcard verified.. but verified using amex or virtual card.. do you think we can still buy there?

I think virwox only are can deal with bitcoin but the problem they have  high rate for converting paypal to bitcoin.. i tried there service before  one time but its high price..
Better to wait for coinbase announce that they will accept paypal to buy bitcoins..

You can look for a person here and have high trust level to buy bitcoin. But you are worrying if they will take your money, you escrow your funds to escrower you can find it here. But be careful negotiating, some are just going to scam you onve they reveived the payment.

I spent hours trying to buy bitcoin with paypal and failed. Easier to just use Coinbase with a bank account. Slowly learning more bitcoin daily but from what I understand no place wants to exchange paypal to bitcoin due to the reverse/chargeback factor

Even coinbase gives you the option of buying bitcoins with paypal and their fees are a lot cheaper than all the ones I have been reading on people's posts so far so good ;D

There is also cryptonit.net, but there you need to verify your account first. On virwox.com you need to pay additional fees because you can only buy Linden Dollars and trade those for BTC.

and i hope you will do honestly all good . but i want also suggest medhat that he should not try to buy and sell bitcoins with paypal ( because of the revrsal system of paypal ) . since he is buying then no problem here .

It is probably better that you can find someone that you can deal directly face-to-face, you risk too much if you use paypal to buy bitcoin they could limit your account and freeze your funds, in my opinion it's not worth it.

Why not  you withdraw paypal first to other currencies eg. usd  and then buy BTC using exchange. Eg. Localbitcoins. Fees will be double but do not always use this way.Alternative way if problematic with paypal.

i personally have no experience in paypal  because i have never use it and have no account in it. the reason is that paypal is not universal and just regional and therefore not popular everywhere. it is also banned in countries.
