It is not a "I can and you can't" situation.  This is a "you need something and I have that something you need" situation.  This is supply and demand situation.  I have the supply and you are the demand.  If I need Bitcoin, I can instantly purchase $2,000 in Bitcoin any time I want.  So I do not need what you are offering, I am just offering you a service.  Almost always there are some risks in offering a service and of coarse there is the little factor that almost no one in the world does anything for free.  So there are fees for services.  I hope this clears this up for you a little and does not make me look like a money hungry individual.

At the current rate on Preev.com that works out to be 23.7% (or thereabouts) up to $ 20.00 then 13.7 % (or thereabouts) for above $ 20.00

That sounds about right.  I know this is a long stretch and not to many people are interested, but you never know who needs PayPal funds at the last minute for something.  I am also working on adding Neteller and others to the mix for people.
