i think western union more famous in real life (not online world), the new system called Western Union edge will be launch soon , any effect for bitcoin market ?

The effect on bitcoin is very substantial. First there will be an increase in bitcoin users and transactions. Western Union has a high influence especially to the countries who are exportinge laborers abroad. The income of overseas workers will be send to their family through the use of bitcoin. This just imply that we need to save some bitcoins because it signals another increase on the bitcoins monetary value.

Western Union has f#$#% so many people over with their high fees, that their reputation will be shattered enough already. The only difference this will make, is that they will f$#% you over faster now. ^smile^ Bitcoin still have the edge over them, with the low fees and soon other side-chains will make instant tx's possible at these low fees too. ^hmmm^

nothing effect for bitcoin, maybe WU made any improvement for their system but it's just little change, the fee it's normally and very higher to compare with bitcoin. The WU just feel there are increasingly threatened by bitcoin. because of that they making a little change to their system. and hoping a lot of people will be interested to using WU again.

I doubt this will have much affect on bitcoin. I think its time that western union did go down the drain though. bitcoin can do what it can do but a lot cheaper, its time everyone just switched to bitcoin if they havent already.
