Who is able to describe conditions for this $/BTC exchange rate scenario in the Year 2020?

this topic is already discussed many times. btc/$ exchange rate depends upon few factors like demand, miners and some other things. so no body can predict what is going to happen in next 4 years as we are not a god to tell about the future of btc. btw, what is the main point to ask such general questions ? i am really curious to know this. :D

Yes we cannot predit the value of bitcoin after 4 years but thinking or discussing that bitcoin will be $0.0001 is just a waste of time. Bitcoin can never be that down and those who thinks like this dont know the actual demand of the market.

NO ONE KNOWS  IS THE BITCOIN WILL UP AND DOWN   AFTER 4 YEARS ..  MORE PEOPLE WANT TO RISE THE BITCOIN PRICE TO EARN MORE MONEY..

This is a very unlikely situation and could never happen. What will happen on 2020 is the other way around. We will witness a successive increase in bitcoins price before we reach 2020.  At that time bitcoin price is 10x the value of today. So there's no reason to be  panic or worry since there are just things that will not happen like bitcoins price less than a dollar.

Here is not about prediction, but about conditions of this scenario.
So, a low demand for BTC can be a reaction to a new fork with better properties, than BTC, right?


This is a possibility for Signature Whores and Freelance Bitcoin wrighters to explain their point of view on the possibility of Money Loss in the Bubble called "Investing in Bitcoin".

Seems, You are in troubles only by talking about this argument, for not disturbing the demand of BTC? Right?

Who told you that? I hope that it would not happen.  If that will be the case people will just sell all the bitcoins they have and find new alternative coins to buy and invest in.  We cannot and no one cannot predict the value of bitcoin as it depend on the patronage of  people who continue to believe of the capacity of bitcoin.  And in case that that will be the value of it in 2020, I guess the price of bitcoin now will be starting to decrease. 

I don't really think at this point that bitcoin investment is a bubble. Amount of money pumped in mining, creating satellite services, whole infrastructure is overwhelming.
You could call a pump and and a bubble whichever altcoin you like, but with bitcoin it is not so clear. If any other altcoin will fall, disappear or get hacked it is OK.
But if something like this happen to bitcoin, then it means the whole purpose of decentralized currency was questionable attempt and turned out to be nothing more that failed experiment.

first, no one know what is going happen in the year of 2020. second, people which have bitcoin don't want if the rate of bitcoin down until $0.0001. third, the bitcoin dev will be watching in somewhere that we don't know. four, just sit and relax, while you trading and make profit as much as you can.

i really don't want if the rate bitcoin down like that. i believe many people won't either.

In 2020, the bitcoin price will be over $10,000 each. Most other coins will be about 0.0001 bitcoin each.

Zombie apocalypse that spares your internet connection,  maybe?

Hyperinflation of the US dollar?

And then the 3rd possibility is that something better comes along.  I don't think interest in crypto is going to die off, and I don't think OP's scenario is going to happen.   It'll take a crypto-disaster.

I hope it will be somewhere in the middle. A Price of less than $1 for 1 Bitcoin would be devastating.

What I meant is that the bitcoin price will rise faster than most other altcoins. Bitcoin will be the major currency.

this situation wont happen even in the dream, Bitcoin is by far the most famous and biggest of the cryptocurrencies, it's traded much, much more than the other altcoin currencies.

If price ever reach 1$ i will be buying all i can selling whatever i have in my hand. But there is nothing that can dump the bitcoin price so hard to 1$ per coin.

BTC will reach four digits within a year and threads like this won't be created anymore!

If that happened, it would be really heartbreaking for me (and almost for everyone who love this amazing currency). Although no one can predict with 100% accuracy, I think we are moving towards a sustainable growth. Bitcoin won’t have the best and most popular currency and fiat will still have majority of existence but if we compare bitcoin of 2016 to that of 2020, the situation will be much better in terms of price, user base, problems & solutions etc. I throw a price of bitcoin would be something near to $5000.

According to me The Bitcoin Price Has High Volatility And the Price of Bitcoin Depends Upon Demand, Supply and Many Other Factors.....

We cannot predict the bitcoin price accurately. But we know the bitcoin price trend is up if it is developed well.

You are presenting an unacceptable claim which needs to be proved or you must present some supporting reasons, unless no one can believe it.

I do not think that that is going to happen because no one can really predict the future of the Bitcoin and especially not so fa ahead in the future.
I like to focus on what is going to happen this year instead of 2020.

this year nothing big is going to happen, not a lot of time left so im sure that the price will remain steady, also the price wont drop that much in 4 years

If that will happen everyone would just quit Bitcoin and hate it because many people have spend much money on this, in the hope that they will earn much money back in the future.
I would feel sorry for all those people who then will lose their money.
 

May be well above $2000 per bitcoin by 2020 but it can't be guaranted as event like exchangers, wallets being hacked can dump price significantly overnight.

Yup I would go with your view and I don't know why op thinks that bitcoin is being in that price value in 2020.  As much I know price will increase in future and world is gonna adopt the bitcoin soon So most of the people waiting for that time to sell their holded bitcoins.

I also think so, bitcoin have a future and a hope of a bright future. I do not see any darkness that could make bitcoin become worthless

It will decrease or increase in price demands on popularity of it and associates assets with it.but as far bitcoin has became an irreplaceable digital currency and most every coin are indirectly connected to it.I think in 2020 bitcoin price will rise as many company are promoting bitcoin to every part of the world to increase their business and become a major part of it.

We cant guarantee on what would be the future of bitcoin look like but  as we all witness that bitcoin is  building its pace already and have been used   by many and many already are investing into it which is  somehow put an  strong assurance for me that it would be successful more in  the  coming future.

If Bitcoin becomes 0.0001$ each then somebody can buy all the Bitcoins. If he could successfully make it a thing again, and he choose to release only a small amount of Bitcoins into the public, then Bitcoin surely will be scarce to all the other users.

We can't say for sure that Bitcoin will ever be 0.0001$, though, due to the fact that Bitcoin has grown a lot and more and more people are becoming interested in Bitcoin.

I don't know where people found these lectures. its too ridiculous. bitcoin already reached on a high place and it it trusted by many people and peoples believed in bitcoin.so,it can't be possible to bitcoin fall in to 0.0001$. it's just impossible.

If that happens then I am going to quit Bitcoin for sure because then there is not reason for to keep investing in Bitcoin.
The price is then so low that I do not even want to know how long it is going to take before it is in the hundreds again.

This is already widely used so this is the same as wondering that euro would be worth  0.0001$ ( yeah i live in Europe  :P so this is my example)

Nobody can't guess what will be future but trying to guess some random future is quite useless in my opinion  ;)

Unless there is a good reason  prices of bitcoin will not fall,right now the bitcoin is certainly popular and its price is based largely on trust of people I think that unless the world changes and have an apocalypse prices should not fall much in the next four years.

I don't think the price will ever drop that low. Even if bitcoin never fully realizes it's potential, it will always hold some value unless there is a flaw that is discovered.

With some luck we may see $0.0001 of value for 1 Satoshi in 2020!!! ;D
For the ones of you who don't like to do the math, this would be a price of $10k/BTC.
So cross fingers and think positive you whiny weenies! ;)

And I'm one of the guys who thinks that the glass if half full!
