Go to receive tab and you should see at least one bitcoin address, if you still can't find it then take a look at the google images and you should see where this tab is.

Wallets have multiple bitcoin addresses.

At its most simple, a "bitcoin wallet" is essentially just a way of storing the private keys associated with one or more bitcoin addresses.

Wallet software will generally also allow you to create and broadcast transactions, as well as monitor the bitcoin network to identify transaction that are sent to any of the bitcoin addresses that the wallet is storing.

So, with Electrum, you don't have a single "wallet address".  What you have is as many "bitcoin addresses" as you like all being tracked and managed by the wallet.

It is best to think of a bitcoin address as an "invoice number".  You give it to someone that is going to pay you so that you can track who sent you the payment and when they sent it.  Therefore, it is best (but not necessary) to generate a new bitcoin address for every payment you receive.

(Please note, there is no such thing as a "wallet address". Using that phrase is likely to lead to confusion for yourself and others.)

This thread probably belongs in the Electrum sub-forum, where Electrum users will see it and be able to better describe the screens you see and how to use the software.  I'll ask an admin to move it out of the "Technical Support" sub-forum, but you can also move it yourself.
