Better to try loan 0.03 to 0.04 this is one of the accepted for sr.member account.. Better ask friends or family.
Edit: Ask the friend you were going to buy the account for. Sounds like he's got money to burn. We can not sell potential in the case of default or I would be a millionaire. Your Full Member account is not worth that much and I will personally pass on this loan request.
