Do you like gambling?which site give best service for complaint?

Hmm, didn't know why you added 999dice as one of the pool, we all know if thats a scam site, so that site should be delete.
*back to your pool, im never had any problem with all of that sites. actually if you added justdice, i'll choose it, i've had problem with forgot pass acc, and justdice was gave fast respon to resolve my problem.

So far O only eperienced contacting primedice support adthey are quite fast at responding. Another that you may want to add is directbet and vegascasino. I have received fast and almost instant response from them from previous complaints I encountered in their site.

Scam or rigged?because some ppl can't though 'cheated' is scam,but rigged is is cheated,scam is not not paid,funny if all ppl hate that site,why ao many ppl play at there?

because not all people know about their site rigging the bets and we can't blame them for it. they can't even advertise their site here because of shame maybe

I have problem with PD,i make acc at there and deposit and not set password,and close my browser with accident,after that i try to return to.my wallet,they need my IP etc.for me thats not simple and complicated regulation,as they know,im still use same IP

Why there only dice site in the vote poll ? You talking about gambling, so I will say Directbet.eu have the best customer service ever in bitcoin gambling , any complain and question usually reply in less than 1-2 hours. I once have a deposit stuck on there , i made a support ticket and quickly get reply in just 10 minutes. I don't know there any bitcoin gambling site have the customer service faster than that.

Agree Directbet.eu one of the sites that had the fastest customer service, Other sites also usually quick to respond
but as usual we already know what their answer " Thank you, we'll check the next few hours for you"  then they reply  e-mail  next day  ;D
from a list of sites I have not had a problem so I do not know whether they are fast or slow to respond

Well for me the sites that are included in the pole are not enough to give some responds because some of the sites that I have used are not on the list.

Maybe you should consider yobit, I guess. But so far, I haven't problems on any site that I have used when I was still an active gambler.

i will vote for safedice. they are pretty much responsive in this forum. also primedice has a good support. i dont know about others.

this thread is made in the gambling section so it is only related to gambling sites. and i dont think that yobit is a gambling site but is an exchange site. btw, to my knowledge, yobit has the worst support.

unfortunately you votes has closed even you say vote will closed 28 july but the vote closed too early i guess and the result only 1 vote for primedice but if you were put in one more option directbet i think most people will choose these sites because have fast respond for the complaining

Why voting option is closed so fast and result is really strange to PD is really fast to resolve the problem, PD has very poor support section and so many players still facing the trouble and waiting to get resolve their from a long time.

My vote is for fortunejack because they have very quick customer support, support is really friendly and if I pick another site for vote than safedice will be my choice as I had very nice experience with them.

For sport betting, I do like direct bet support respond and for dice , Rollin.io is responsive to handle the complain.

Thing is,we're comparing websites here and to make it as fair as possible ,you need to cover up all the competitors.You would have probably covered up your favorites,mine are different.So ,no vote :)

I have a great experience with sportbet.io and rollin.io, sportbet really has a friendly support system and rollin.io also respond really quick, if you are asking the bad support system i will say fortune jack, they doesnt give me the direct answer but keep on pending and ask me to be patient and wait

I'm not familiar with directbet.eu, I voted betking not my favorite site to play but the owner is always on top of things. and with some sites i had problems with one day they answer in a hour and another day not at all like primedice.
Customer service is lacking in overall imo with those dicesites, with betking, jd and safedice you at least have a chance of running into the site owner in their chatbox.

Fortunejack is my favorite site not because they have friendly and quick support, Directbet and Rollin also have very good support, if possible than add more than 3 sites to vote, than this poll will be more attractive.
