No, it is 23% for first time trade. It is only at 1:1 once we have done several deals via this method because it is highly reversible as you can see from most of the other reputable dealers on this section has announced.

Other people are willing to pay the 25% for the first time trade since they are not at your status of full member yet.
Those are individuals that are wanting BTC right away with out any hassles.

All exchanger sites I know of charge 20% and more for paypal transacts.

I am not paying crazy fees because I can withdraw the funds anytime I want, I just don't want to wait till next week to receive the funds, If I can't get anything around 10% I will withdraw the funds and wait the entire week, not that big of an issue either way.

nettler payment is too much risky they can easily revered anyway good luck with your exchange

Neteller cannot be reversed that easily, they need a valid and solid reason to reverse funds, even if you send funds to an email not registered they will easily tell you it was your fault and next time make sure your sending to the right person bye

Edit: Please don't post unless you want to trade, I don't like it when people spam people's threads to raise their post counts, this is not my first exchange and who ever deals with me will surely know what the risks involved are and how to protect themselves.
