I do not think that this can be considered as collateral,
after took loan you can  contacting support and say,  that your account hacked.

To risky for lenders to fill this one maybe you can show another valuable collateral if you are serious and really in need this loan to be filled up, because lender cannot really asure that you will pay since you are newbie and yet your collateral can be revise as zazarb said so better no for for this request to be granted.

Seem almost strage. I played in past on casino, and never had issue to send money on my e-wallet like neteller or skrill ::)

correct what you told is asking loan is better you can withdraw and that too your account is newbie so it is better you can withdraw it and after your work finishes you can deposit it back. If their is a problem in withdrawal from you account then it may be that the money which you are showing in the account may be the bonus what you received in offer when opening and you are not able to withdraw it as it has to fulfill the require wager to be done before asking withdrawal.

Probably this are money bonus and need to be waker 30 or 50x before they cold be witdrawn.

by the way this account could be recovered also with a simply email, and some times casinos ask for KYC ....
No sorry your account is not a valid collateral, try to withdraw your cash ;) and not gamble it!

What casino is it that the account is with as you may be able toget the account back through authentication such as ID and could scam (though it's good you found we don't accept newbie accounts as collateral - not saying you would scam though).
If the money from that site is transferrable to skrill, neteller or payeer that you could transfer to anther person's account?

I am sorry but your collateral can easily be taken back, so there is no security in your collateral in order to give you a loan.  I would just withdraw the funds from your casino account an use them.
