Who wants to wager a bet that Coinbase will, in the future ...drop Bitcoin support for Ether, when the banks and other institutions goes full Ether? We have already seen some banking groups warming

up to Ether even though it had major problems recently. Coinbase are using Bitcoin at the moment because there are enough people supporting it to make it a viable business option, but as soon as

other banks and governments turn to Ether, they will drop Bitcoin like a football.  ::)

Alot of shit right now around ethereum. I think it may be a good time to buy ether, and that's why Coinbase is welcoming it. They probably bought a ton and will encourage their users to do the same.

I dunno if it's for the better, really.
