hi guy im very new and i need some help i have been seeing that most videos show speed of 1 gh/s and 1mh/s and 1kh/s and you please let me know what is the math over this

1gh/s = mh/s
1mh/s = kh/s

and if i have a miner witch will make speed of 1000mh/s is how many kh/s im asking this as i plan on using it for mining litecoins can you guys please help thanks in advance

1000 (or maybe 1024?) Mh/s is 1Gh/s

It's the same for the rest of the way down too I'm pretty sure, 1000~ Kh/s = 1 Mh/s, might be wrong though, that's just the values I assumed

k = kilo = 1000 "somethings" whether meters, grams or hashes per second.
M = mega = 1000 k
G = Giga = 1000 M
