Would any trusted (OTC-rated) members here be willing to do a WU transfer? I'll pay WU's ridiculous fees, plus 0.25 BTC.

Maybe you would find a bitcoiner who wants to sell bitcoin for the same FIAT she requires?

What continent? Better yet, what city? How much do you intend to send? Does she (or anyone she knows personally) have access to a bank account where she is? How fast does she need the money?
