I don't think so that this guy will hire anyone, He Contacted me 2 weeks ago i guess and then we agreed on terms he said he will pay me weekly i said OK but since then no reply, After that he again contacted me for that again when i said these are the terms do you agree no reply.

He will just waste your time nothing more.
