Why are you asking this much ? What kind of files and where is my private business (it's not porn in any case). I provided enough info already

Because criminal liability (in case you do something illegal) will be on the provider of the service, not on you. Get it?

I don't mind you giving an RDP access to someone whose actions may get you in jail

Everyone is responsible for his own actions, you are not making an offer you're making an investigation now and no one asked you for it. And stop spamming with your sig campaign it's obvious what you are doing, yuo could have answered to both in one post but you made 2 to increase your post count.

I guess you will have hard time proving that it was someone else's actions coming from your box. This is the thing that I want everyone to always keep in mind and remember when asked for something like that. Further, this is a free forum, so you may not want to tell me what to ask and what to refrain from asking (as long as it is not off topic, or course)...

Just in case, my post count is irrelevant right now (i.e. posts not counted)

Dude every type of storage hosting has this in their TOS, but no one asks uploader exactly what they'll be using the service for

This is called a disclaimer, that is, a legally binding statement intended to limit the scope of rights, obligations, and responsibility. Limiting responsibility is actually the first thing that a disclaimer is essentially about, as the word itself implies. Good luck to you with something like that in this case...

In fact, I have a Windows 2003 Server as a VMWare virtual machine with terminal services set up
