Example is when you make 2 posts in 2 weeks, your activity will be updated by fourteen. Post every two week then this strategy is also called farming.
Best advice is just keep posting qualified posts. Your activity can be updated in just some minutes if you havent gotten you maximum activity in that week span. Title: Re: How does activity works.
