Title: No BTC arrived in Electrum wallet after sending to Helix Light

Hi,

I recently sent 0.32BTC to Helix Grams Light to be received by my Electrum wallet.

I have confirmed with Helix Grams that the coins went from there to the correct wallet address, but the wallet is not showing any transaction at all.

I can supply more details if needed. Helix has requested I contact Electrum support as they have already sent coins.

Are you synced? (green dot lower right corner)
Did you try a different server?

Yeah am sync'd. Just tried a diff server but no change.

Helix support said they can see the blockchain, but I can't. I'm checking back with their support....

Weird. What version are you using?
If changing the server doesn't help, could you give us the address that they sent the coins to?
Go to the address tab and see if you can find the address and if there is any balance beside it.
