Title: Double charged (scammed) by Coinbase & not alone (apparently)
Post by: BigBadBitBaron on July 28, 2016, 12:32:46 AM
bought £75 of bitcoin on 8th July which appeared on my bank statement on 11 July..  Fine no problem.

25th July £75 debited from my bank account using the same reference as my purchase on the 8th.

No explanation from Coinbase...

NO REFUND FROM COINBASE...

No apology from coinbase...

ABSOLUTELY SWEET FECK ALL FROM COINBASE.

I have had to contact my bank to get the transaction reversed.

I am not alone here folks..

Is Coinbase part of an elaborate scam ??

Scam? I don't think so. Does their customer service blow chunks?... what customer service? It's non-existent. Good for you though. At least you were able to have it reversed through your bank!
