It provides anonymity as well as a fertile ground for scammers. I learnt a hard lesson from scammer Almagro. Just a warning to others to stay away from this user. He is still active on this board so beware!!
so for newbies buying in bitcoin world 1. Ensure that the user has atleast sold something else 2. Escrow escrow escrow(I missed that) 3. Preferably using the proper scam accusation format (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0). And the right section is there.
